When I entered the house, I hurriedly checked if mom's gone to work already. I didn't find her in her bedroom, and all the other places she could be in.

"House is clear," I sighed

"WOOOH NAEGA HOSH!" Soonyoung shouted, running around the living room

"Can you please keep it down?"

"Sure honey,"

"Ew," I muttered as I made my way to my room.

I was able to pack up real quick, and then I left the house in an instant. Damn it, i'll miss my room. If only I could bring my bed with me, I certainly would.

Soonyoung was already outside, waiting. And he's wearing sunglasses again like wtf. It's not even sunny yet.

He helped me carry my bags and he placed them inside his car

"Why the hell are you wearing those?" I asked him

"Because I look cool with these," he smiled "Just kidding. People say that my eyes are ugly!!"

"No they're not," I grabbed it "And who cares if they are?"

"Uhh... you?"

"Soonyoung I don't care about your appearance," I shrugged

He drove all the way back. I still can't believe that i'm going to start living with a guy. I never experienced it, since I never lived with dad.

"You're thinking about stuff again," he huffed

"No, i'm not,"

"Oh come on, I know that look of yours," he chuckled "You have to stop lying to me,"

"I'm telling the truth,"

"Okay,"

The rest of the ride left us in a buttoned up atmosphere. I was only looking at him as he drove, and then i'll switch my gaze to something else, and then i'll stare at him again.

Once we arrived, he carried everything inside the house, since he wanted me to get rest.

"Because I love you so much, my room is yours," he grinned

"huh?"

"The living room is mine. I'm okay sleeping on the couch. Now, it's still early. I'll wake you up at 7am. Go sleep," he pushed me inside his room

"But what are you gonna do?"

"I'll clean the house!"

He slammed the door shut once i stepped inside his bedroom. The place still looks clean and....cute?

I wanted to search for hidden photo albums of him to laugh at, but I was too tired to do so. I threw myself on his bed and dozed off in an instant

Sunlight passed through the windows in the room, making me crack my eyes open

It wasn't long until I realized that I wasn't in my own house. I slid off the sheets and looked at the clock, it was 6:18am

i fixed myself well before I peeked outside. No signs of Soonyoung. Coast is clear.

I carefully walked around the house, looking for him. He was in the kitchen, preparing something. I only observed whatever he was doing, before running towards him to attack him with hugs

"Yah what are you doing!?" he was shocked

"No, what are you doing?"

"Preparing lunch for you," he answered

"Aww, mom used to do that," I sighed "You're doing a great job, mommy Soonyoung,"

"Aish," he pushed me away lightly "Don't go hug me if you think i'm your mom,"

"Rude," I hissed and walked out the kitchen

"Hey get ready already, school is in two hours!" he shouted.

"K, mom,"

I spent an hour fixing myself, doing the usual stuff I do before I go to school. When I was done, I had to wait for Soonyoung to get ready for school as well.

I stayed in the living room, watching random stuff on the television when I received a text from Seungkwan

-I HEARD YOU GOT KICKED OUT!?!?! DO I HAVE TO FIGHT YOUR MOM OR WHAT

"Oh my gosh," I chuckled as soon as I read his message

-nah, I have a new mom :>

-who? jeonghan hyung?

-I choked on my food. are you kidding me?

-Shouldn't you call him daddy?

"I TOLD YOU!" Hoshi shouted, making me jump off the sofa in shock

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" I shouted back at him as he laughed. I didn't know he was behind me all along, secretly reading Seungkwan's messages

"You should start calling me daddy from now on," he smiled

"Gross, it makes me cringe," I stood up

"Let's go to school, i'll go drive us there," he waved his keys before wearing his beloved sunglasses again, leaving the house. I grabbed my bag and I followed him outside

When we reached the school, of course, some students were watching. And damn it, I don't want to be seen with Soonyoung! ahsjskkdjdksjs I'd get attacked.

The boy proudly took off his sunglasses, like he's some kind of kpop idol or model ot whatever. We made our way to class together, and I feel like i'm being watched.

On the way there. I saw Joshua, causing me to make an excuse to get away from Soonyoung

"Hey Hoshi, I gotta go to the science club to pass something real quick!" I panicked

"What? but Seokmin already talked to-"

"I need to pass it now, I have to go, bye!" I tried to escape but then he caught my arm

"You're lying, aren't you?" he eyed me

damn it, if Jisoo sees me, i'll get beaten up

"Do you really think I'd lie to you?" I tried to sound mad

"I think so?"

"Please Soonyoung, this is for my grades, just let me go!"

"Please what?"

"Please daddy?" I smiled at him. He sighed and let go of me

"Be quick,"

I ran as fast as I could, just so I could stay away from Soonyoung. While running to the back of the school, I bumped into someone

"You think you could stay away from me?" Joshua smiled.

Feeling scared as fck, I tried to keep running, but then he grabbed my wrist

"Good morning, princess," he greeted

"Good morning," I avoided his gaze

"I saw you go to school with Hoshi today,"

"Yeah so what?"

"Didn't I tell you to break up with him?"

"I like Soonyoung, you can't make me stay away from him,"

the boy raised his palm and hit my face. fcking hell, it hurts so bad

"Where the hell is Daein?" I struggled to say

"Probably with Hoshi," he chuckled

"So the two of you are helping each other!?" I asked

"Of course. Do you really think I moved on?" he smiled "Daein taught me to stop being so innocent. Being good doesn't get you anywhere,"

"Well what about Wei?"

"They broke up already. Wei has nothing to do with this,"

"You're a jerk!" I gritted my teeth

"But you can tame me,"

"Wake up, Josh!" I snapped my fingers "You have to get back to reality! I'm never going to like you again!"

he hit my face harder this time

"And no one will ever like you for that attitude of yours," I added and shoved him away, grabbing the chance to run.

Thank goodness, he didn't chase me

"Minseul!" Vernon caught up with me. I immediately pulled him for a hug before bawling my eyes out. He started panicking

"Woah woah what's happening to you!?"

I just wanted to..... like, cry everything out. Because it's the only thing I could do. I have to accept that there's no other way to stop Joshua from hurting me.

The only person I could stop is Daein. but not Jisoo

"It's okay," Hansol ran his fingers through my hair, making me feel a whole lot better.

I feel so thankful to have the boys as my friends. Even though some of them aren't the sweet type of a friend (low-key referring to wonu), I know can always count on them.

Especially Seungkwan.

Best fcking friend ever.

I pulled away when I could cry no more. Hansol looked worried as ever

"Your eyes look really puffy, Minseul. How can I explain this to Hoshi hyung?"

"You don't have to," I mumbled

"Did someone hurt you?" he examined my face "Your cheek is red,"

"Joshua did," I told him

The boy hugged me again, making me feel safe with him

"We'll get him soon, Minseul," he told me "I'll tell the boys about this,"

"The boys?"

"Specifically, the wizards," he smiled

"We have to find Daein too," I told him

"This time we are not just going to roast them,"

"Huh?"

"We'll reduce them to ashes,"
