I rolled my eyes and looked back at Jisoo and his friends from afar. Damn that. Now they would be confused about my relationship with Joshua

It was a weird day at the mall. The next day, I almost got to school late. I didn't eat breakfast to make it to class a bit earlier

When I reached class, there was food on my desk

"Dino, what's this?" I asked my seatmate as I sat down

"You were late so I thought you'd be in a hurry. Waking up late means no more breakfast so I bought some for you" he smiled

"W-well...you actually don't have to, but--"

"Just have your breakfast now. Remember, it's the most important meal of the day!!" he cheered

I started to eat as fast as I can until I noticed that Dino was staring at me

"Wae?" I asked

he laughed, shook his head and wiped something off from my mouth with his handkerchief

"Keep eating" he smiled

I did what he said. My eyes started scanning the room while eating until I saw Joshua looking at me

I waved at him and smiled. He did tje same, but I could guess that his smile was fake

Jisoo is that guy that hates faking stuff. So when he does that, something is completely wrong.

I wonder what's his problem

After class, he left the room earlier than me without even telling.

I caught up with him

"Josh!!"

"Yeah?"

"I have this feeling that you're mad at something. Is that true?"

"nah uh"

"Jisoo, you hate that way of saying no and now you're using it. Something is totally wrong now. Tell me"

"nothing"

"Tell me!"

"nothing!"

"Tell.Me!!"

"DINO!" he snapped at me. I was shocked

"What?"

"Mind your own business..okay?" he calmed down

Dino? what about him?

"You won't understand" he shook his head and just continued to walk, leaving me alone in the corridor

I don't know why but I feel like crying

The bell rang and someone patted my shoulder

"Seungcheol?" I asked

He gave me a handkerchief

"You know you need it" he said. I grabbed it and started to cry. I don't know, I hate it when Jisoo does that

he shouted at me, he left me, he's mad at me.

Seungcheol hugged me gently and I cried some more.

"Ssshh, calm down. Maybe he just needed space" he ran his fingers through my hair

I walked with him to the school garden and we just stayed there

"Seungcheol" I called

"Yeah?"

"Thank you"

"For what?"

"Staying"

"Oh" he nodded "Thank you as well"

"For?" I asked

"Making me happy"

"Happy?"

"Seeing you makes me feel happy" he smiled as he kept kicking small rocks

he was actually smiling. I haven't seen him smile like that before

"Oh hey, why don't you go hang out with your buddies for a while. I'll be fine on my own" I told him

"It's better to stay this way" he looked

"Yah yah we're not filming a movie, you need to stop using those cheesy lines"

"But I want to!" he laughed

"Seungcheol, no" I laughed as well

"Minseul, yes" he imitated

"For goodness' sake, Seungcheol. Stop imitating me!!!" I punched him playfully

he kept laughing and he ran towards the swing set to play. Oh, this kid

"Let's play!!" he cheered. I chuckled and ran there as well

"You know, sometimes, you just have to set your problems aside. Forget them for a while and live the moment" he said while looking up at the sky

I can't believe how cool this guy is

"I didn't expect Joshua to snap at you like that. It's something that he never does," he closed his eyes "It hurt me when I saw you cry and I actually thought I have to stay to keep you company"

"I really appreciate your concern for someone you don't completely know yet" I told him

he opened his eyes and stared at me

"yet...maybe some other time we will know a lot about each other" I added

"huh?"

"Let's start over. Hi, I'm Seungcheol and I like warm hugs" he chuckled

After a while, his phone rang

"It's probably just Wonwoo and Mingyu. They'll try bullying me again" he pouted

We played a lot around the playground and we talked about each other

I almost ended up telling him that I have a crush on Joshua but good thing I prevented myself from doing so
