Your Family
Alright, so here we are everybody. This is my ending!
But I do have a few things to clarify real quick before we get started!
SO ONE!!!
Seeing as we've strayed FAR from canon to get here (ya know since certain individuals aren't fucking dead) I figured we'd give this 4 yr long 'book' a happy ending, ya know?
We'll say that somehow your beau here survives all the events that normally occur. The war being the biggest obstacle lol. Somehow they're not included in the 4th ninja war - which ofc is far too much trouble to try and explain properly. So instead, we'll just be leaving it as you and him somehow escape and avoid the war.
Although even more so, Tobi and Zetsu are extreme special cases. So their situation will be different!
For Tobi/Obito...he somehow ends up living through the situation that normally causes his death and returns to wherever he had you hiding at.
Dark/Black Zetsu...continues with his plan and carries out the course of actions that lead to Kaguya. But in this situation, he is not destroyed. Somehow he is able to get away (maybe extremely weakend) and finds a white/light zetsu to cling onto before returning to you.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
AND NOW TWO!!!!!
I rolled a D20 to determine fates, just like before in the "your child" chapter.
If i rolled higher than 14, you guys ended up with more than one child. Which then i would continue with the same rules as in the "your child" chapter with whether you had male or female (and ofc the NAT20 lol). After rolling this, i will roll one more time (with a max of 3 times total) in this same format.
If i rolled lower than a 14 (at any point excluding odds/evens), then you stayed with just one child.
I like dungeons and dragons, and i figured this was the easiest way to work through these decisions! I also find it very fun to roll dice and see results based upon it!
without further ado~ Here we go!!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kisame:
Kisame was able to, during the commotion of the war, sneak you and your daughter out of the hideout. While it was hard to avoid the war, alerted shinobi and increased guardings...he somehow managed to get you all to a relatively safe spot.
You settled down in the outskirts of a small civilian village that barely even knew a war was occurring. On your way there, you had gone to a store on your own and got new clothes for your husband that would make him less recognizable as an Akatsuki member. So when you arrived with your still young infant daughter, you both seemed like normal folks.
The only thing that could give Kisame away was his blue hued skin colour, since he no longer had Samehada with him (he's with Killer Bee). The village was the closest in the land of fire to the land of water, so his unique looks wouldn't be as abnormal.
In fact, the night the three of you came rushing into the village, it had just so happened to be pouring like no tomorrow! Thankfully one of the old ladies that had been there her entire life had decided to let you stay at her home for the night. It was cramped and unpleasant but you were able to dry off and stay safe during the small storm.
Your husband took to trying to help her with things around her home in payment for the night of lodging. And thankfully, when you had decided to stay in the village...the same old lady had vouched that you were good people. Thus, the townsfolk were more accepting of you three.
With your daughter either strapped to your body or resting with the old lady within eye sight, you and your husband began building your home! And in no time, you had quiet the cute house to call your own.
Even after settling there, the old lady took to visiting. She often joked that she was making sure that you weren't ordering your "big, sweet, boy" around too much...but you could tell that she had little if no family and had come to care for you three as her own. Kisame also took a liking to the old woman as she had a similar humour to his. Within the first three years living int eh village, you ended up pregnant again!
Your family was growing and you and Kisame were ever giddy about it. Although, he totally went into panic mode again during the tail end of your pregnancy. Your daughter was absolutely fascinated! She was glued to you and followed you like a duck everywhere you went.
She was truly Kisame's kryptonite.
Your second child also happened to be a little girl, and while you worried that Kisame would be sad to not have a son...he was over the moon to dote on another little girl all over again!
The eldest daughter had blue hair, your coloured eyes and your skin tone.
The younger daughter had your colour hair, Kisame's eye colour and a skin tone that was a little paler blue than his.
Hidan:
Hidan somehow smuggled you and your daughter out of the base, avoiding the war the best you could. Although you did run into one or two white Zetsu. Thankfully, Zetsu treasured your friendship and wanted you to get away just as much. So he told you of a route that would take you away from the fighting. You weren't able to help the cause anymore anyways, so there was no harm in letting you try to live.
The two of you travelled for quite some time, swapping your clothes out with civilian's and finding a secluded place to call home. The only real set back was that Hidan still needed to continue his practice in order to keep in Jashin's good graces.
He did pause his rituals until you had a safe place to live, only sacrificing a few low ranked ninja before you formally left the war's radius. But once you found where your home would stand, the two of you set to work building your love nest. Once it was complete, he stayed for a good 6 months before he worked out something with his deity.
He was able to lessen the sacrifices due to the situation, how he struck that bargain...you'd never know. And so, he would be able to have periods of time where none occurred so long as he would go on a spree. To keep you and your daughter safe and from being found out...Hidan would set out on what he liked to call 'pilgrimages'.
These are times that he would leave home for long periods of time, sacrifice as many people as he could (although he was forced to promise that children would not be included via you) and then hideout for a time before carefully making his way home. He usually left for 5 months at a time and while you didn't like it, it was a middle ground you could live with. Hidan adored his practice and you adored him. You couldn't make him stop even if you wanted to, and you just wanted your family safe in the end of it.
You and Hidan never ended up having more than one child. This was for several reasons, but the biggest was that if there was ever an emergency and he or you had been found out...1 child was much easier to sneak out or save than 2 or more. He was sad for a time, since he originally wanted a big family but he agreed with the logic.
Instead, he spoiled your daughter absolutely ROTTEN. They were two peas in a pod and were inseparable when he was home. And missed each other something terrible when he was not. Not to say you weren't loved as well...
Your daughter had your hair colour, Hidan's pale skin colour and his colour eyes.
Deidara:
It took some great feat to smuggle you and your two newborn twins out of the Akatsuki's view and grasp. It was a damn near miracle that all four of you were able to escape the war as well. Deidara originally wanted to escape towards his old home...but then figured due to his missing nin status that it would be better to hide elsewhere. Due to his fight with the current Kazekage, the land of wind was also not a good idea.
So instead, you chose a place between the two. It was furthest from the fighting but you weren't in their land's territory that might trigger any poor feelings. Although, from what the last conversation he had with the old man Tsuchikage, you felt that they might be lenient on him returning to the land of stone.
Regardless, you disguised yourselves as civilians and found yourselves a home secluded by mountainous terrain. Somewhere Deidara could still play with his explosives on a small scale without raising brows but also somewhere you'd most likely not be found out. There was, however, a small civilian village within a day's walk for anything you might need. Deidara insisted on building your home. He wasn't taking any other answer than 'yes honey, I'll just support you from here'.
He did, however, constantly ask your opinion on his plans for its design.
Once it was settled, you had one day suggested (after an explosion scare with the twins) that maybe he went into making extravagant firework displays versus what his clay did now. He was very reluctant...but tried on behalf of you and the family.
He ended up loving it and while it wasn't the same as his clay...it was something he could do that wouldn't raise a brow to any ninja's around since it was something purely visual and not aggressive. The village nearby also commissioned him to make all sorts of fireworks for their celebrations!
You and Deidara only ever had the twins. They were quite a handful and between them and Deidara's new artistry occupation, you both felt happy as is.
Both of the twins had Deidara's blonde hair
The older male twin had Deidara's skin colour and your eye colour
The younger female twin had your skin colour and Deidara's eye colour
Itachi:
It was QUITE the ordeal to escape the Akatsuki and the war. Especially with an angry Sasuke and Itachi being a possible boost for the group in the war – that Uchiha blood was just so coveted...
But he somehow made it happen. You, him and your son made it to the land of fire and hid within a small village that would not attract attention. Itachi told you that he would not use his Sharingan ever again, as it would give you all away immediately. Although you also had no doubt that if the situation was dire enough, that he would use it then. He also already had poor eyesight due to over using the sharingan. You were more than happy to support him forgoing it's use.
One of the elders of the village told you to take one of the abandoned homes, on condition that you stay for quite some time and fix it up. You agreed easily.
Itachi and you, taking turns having your son strapped to you/him, cleaned and fixed the house to almost brand new by the time the war and its aftermath was over with.
Shortly after the house being completed, you ended up pregnant again. And it was during this pregnancy that you had a hard time, it was also during this time that Itachi had been found out. Not that it was either of your fault...it just so happened to be that during a vacation...the new Lord Sixth Hokage chose to stay at a hot spring in the town. He must have wanted to have some quiet time far from the village.
Regardless, he happened upon Itachi and they had, apparently, QUITE the conversation.
The new Hokage even came by for a visit, much to your unease. But he insisted that he meant no harm and asked that your and Itachi's family move back to the leaf. Itachi denied at first. But after several months watching you struggle more and more with this pregnancy he finally agreed. Kakashi, as he asked you to call him, also didn't want you to suffer and had asked the former 5th Hokage to care for you.
And that is when your family of 3 became a family of 5. You gave birth to twin boys and Itachi cried so much. You actually teased him pretty mercilessly about it.
But with your new additions, you, Itachi and your first son all lived happily in the village your husband was once forced to abandon. You even got to see his brother, his wife and eventually their daughter!
Your first son looked identical to Itachi. The same hair, skin and eye colours
The eldest of the twin boys had Itachi's eye colour but your hair and skin colours
The youngest of the twin boys had Itachi's eyes colour and hair colour but your skin colour.
Kakuzu:
Listen, Kakuzu was good at avoiding people when he wanted. He survived this long, hasn't he? He smuggled you and your son out of harms way and picked a random direction away from the fighting. He wanted to be nowhere near his old village but other than that, he didn't care. The two of you travelled for a long time before settling at the border of the lands of wind and fire. The furthest south you could go, in fact.
You donned civilian attire and Kakuzu tried to keep as covered as he could as to not bring attention to himself. You and Kakuzu ended up living on the outskirts of a small town. He tended to stick close to the house to keep himself from being discovered while you would go out and about as you pleased, sometimes taking your son with you.
You quickly got into the habit of telling people that your husband was shy and a homebody, as to keep to the 'don't bring attention' idea. Most kept to themselves anyways so they didn't pry. You did, however, made good friends with another woman who had a new baby. The two of you eager to have the other's child be the playmate of your own.
Kakuzu wasn't too thrilled but he didn't argue you about it. He was more than content to occupy himself at the house. However, whenever things looked on the tight side...Kakuzu would go on a small journey for several months. He'd go and collect a bounty or two then carefully make his way home. You didn't like the idea and often would make things work with a small job you obtained. But he still would do the bounty hunting – sometimes you felt he missed it and that's why he was not keen to let it go.
While your husband was insistent that he was NOT too old to have kids with you, he immediately said he wanted no more after your son reached toddler-hood. The little boy was a ball of energy like you and he could barely keep up. So, he and you had a long discussion about it.
You weren't so upset by the idea yourself, knowing that one child was much easier to care for as well as much easier to run away with if there ever was an emergency.
Your son had Kakuzu's hair and skin and like you had hoped, the same green eyes – although he had normal white sclera like you did.
Sasori:
Sasori was thankfully able to avoid all of the dangers of the current world while escaping with you and your newborn son. It was some great feat, trying to avoid all living members of the Akatsuki as well as keeping your identities hidden from the ninja alliance. The two of you went on a small journey.
You headed further south for quite some time before sneaking into the land of wind. It was the best bet, seeing as how well Sasori knew the land of his birth. Although there were also some problems with this choice as well. His grandmother, Chiyo, was well respected within the village hidden in the sand. Avoiding the ninja village was a good idea as well.
Your puppeteer husband assured you that the village he was taking your small family to was somewhere that the hidden sand rarely visited as it was so far out of the way. There was also, of course, the lovely sand storms that frequently plagued the area more so than the rest of the land. You weren't thrilled with the storms...but they were very good cover to keep prying eyes from finding you all.
However, upon entering the village you found it much less bleak than you had feared. The villagers were quite content and friendly, even to the three of you. As such, however, they became increasingly curious of you all.
Thankfully, for Sasori, he was always a homebody and stayed in your home most of the time. The scrutinizing eyes had very little opportunity to see the condition of his body and sus out whom he really was. The few that did ask, you lied and said that Sasori had been in a bad accident when he was young. It was simple but it seemed to appease most neighbours. Your son and you often went around town, in contrast, and often commissioned for building materials for Sasori to play with. He always hated you calling his artistry "playing" but he let it slide most of the time.
Only after a short year within the village, you fell pregnant again. This time you gave birth to a little girl. You were wary at first, about having a second child, due to the precarious situation the two of you were in...but Sasori always brushed your concerns off saying that in a place like this, he was more than capable of taking care of you and three children if that was what you had wanted.
Said words were revoked when he witnessed how much trouble his daughter was...
The first child, your son, looked the spitting image of Sasori. He had red hair and Sasori's skin colour, however he had your eyes colour.
Your youngest, the little troublemaking girl, also had Sasori's hair colour but had your skin tone and eye colour.
Tobi:
Obito refused to give up on the war, and despite your begging had sent you with the original light Zetsu to go hide. Somewhere the allied ninja forces could never find you. It was quite the emotional and stressful ordeal. You spent the entirety of the war in constant panic. It was really a shock that you hadn't keeled over from a heart attack on that alone. You muscled through though, if only for your newborn daughter.
Obito did come back for you, surprisingly though, with a man beside him. You had never met the man, but Obito swore he was an old friend. He was a white haired, leaf ninja – you could tell by his torn flak jacket. He introduced himself and was very surprised to see you and your daughter. Although he seemed happy once the shock waved over. It took both of them to coax you out of the hiding place, since you were running purely on adrenaline.
You were also introduced to a small group of teens whom were the students of the white-haired man – Kakashi. The group brought the three of you to the village hidden in the leaves and helped find Obito and you a home that was out of the majority of the village's commotion.
Obito was under constant surveillance for a long time, and Kakashi ended up taking up the role of Hokage. Obito was charged with working right under him, and while he was super excited about it – you were wary of the constant watching.
Kakashi tried desperately to make friends with you, and you were much more stubborn about it than your husband was. Your daughter was almost 3 by the time you and Kakashi had a decent relationship. It was also then that you became pregnant again. Obito was thrilled but his best friend Kakashi almost seemed just as excited! Both would go out celebrating for hours.
You ended up giving birth to a little boy. Kakashi, as well as others who grew up with Obito, swore he acted just like his father had as a child. He was also extremely accident prone. You spent more time shadowing your child and trying to prevent injury than you did doing housework.
The eldest child, your daughter, was the spitting image of Obito. Dark hair and eyes as well as his skin tone
Your youngest, your son, looked much more like you. He had your hair colour and skin tone but had the same dark eyes that seemed to follow the Uchiha genes.
Zetsu:
While the war was utterly unavoidable, white Zetsu...the original one, hid you away with himself. His other half and his copies were left to do the fighting. You were scared almost every waking moment – which your poor newborn son fed off. Most of your time in hiding was spent trying to hush your son as well as trying to not burst into tears yourself. Zetsu couldn't be much help, he was far too busy trying to keep tabs on the fighting and keep it from coming near your hiding spot.
Eventually though, Zetsu informed you that his darker half was making his way to you both. You didn't really understand how, you couldn't make sense of the two splitting – yet it happened. However, it made a bit of sense when the other half of your husband appeared before you. Half, though, was an overstatement. He was very weak and had apparently just escaped before being obliterated. When the two came back into one being, the black coloured half had been reduced to just the face, neck and stopped at his pectoral. The rest of the body was still white Zetsu's.
The three of you waited a bit longer before fleeing the area and finding the most remote place that Zetsu could muster up. You weren't even near a village and as such had to rely on a garden for the most part. The closest village was almost 2 days away. There you, Zetsu and your shared son built a happy life together.
Your son had your skin tone, golden eyes like Zetsu along with his green hair.
You chose to not have any other children due to the complications of your isolation as well as the fact that if you would have to flee...it would be harder to run off with another child to grab and hide.
