"Mommy, are we almost there?" Michael said with a smile. "Yes Mikey, we gotta get you to school so mommy can go help mama with dinner for tonight." Michael felt as though he was jumping out of his seat with excitement.

Michael was focused on the outside world passing them by, hoping to make the ride to school shorter.

When his mother finally arrived at the school, Michael was beaming with happiness. He took his mother's hand and started dragging her to the classroom. They got to the door and Michael's mother sent him off inside.

Michael sat on his square and waited for the teacher to start talking and get everyone settled down.

"Alrighty class, get to your squares now, its time for shapes!"

All the little kids rushed to their squares and spent the next half hour learning about shapes. The last few shapes some kids didn't really recognize.

"Now Rich, what shape is this?" Rich started at the shape and scratched his head. "Red!" The teacher's smile didn't move, " Yes it is red! but what shape is it?"

The bell rang and the teacher dismissed everyone out for recess. Michael sat on the swings by himself as always.

He never complained because he always watched the tall little ginger boy play dress up with the girls and make everyone smile.

Michael swung back and forth and he didn't notice that the little boy had walked up to the swing set and watched him, smiling.

"Hey!" Michael jumped off and looked at the boy, he blushed. The little ginger was beaming, "That was so cool! I'm Jeremy, it looked like you were flying!!" The boy kept praising Michael and asking him if he wanted to play with him.

Michael wiped away some tears and smiled at the boy. He nodded and went to go play with the other kids.

As the day ended, Jeremy and Michael became closer than glue and paper. When Michael's mama came to pick him up he ran out with Jeremy holding his hand.

"Hi Mama! I found the boy I want to marry! We played dress up with the other kids and colored and hugged.." Michael and Jeremy rambled on while his mama beamed with joy.

"Well say goodbye to Jeremy and give him a big hug," Jeremy and Michael turned to each other and hugged, "I'll see you tomorrow Jerebear!"

Jeremy pulled away and ran to his Mom, "Bye Mikey!" He waved at him and walked the other way.

Michael smiled and looked at his mama, " I can't wait to see him tomorrow". His mama smiled, "I can't wait to tell your mommy about this," she said as she got Michael into the cat and drove home.
