"Hey Jeremy. Ready to finally beat level nine?" Michael put his hand on his hips, confident they could beat the level they've been stuck on for months.

Jeremy smirked. "Hell ya. Let's do this." Jeremy rushed to the basement where Michael has set up the game. The boys dropped down on the two galaxy beanbags and grabbed the controllers.

Michael started up the game and smiled at Jeremy. He pressed start.

Their dreams of beating level nine was crushed when they stayed up until 9:00 pm playing. Both their eyes started to strain but they wanted to finish the level. (Me but doing homework)

They were probably going to stay up and play some more but they were interrupted by Michael's mom.

"Michael, Jeremy. You boys should stop playing video games. You've been playing for six hours and the light from the tv will hurt your eyes. You can stay up but take a break from video games okay?"

"Yes Ms. Mell." Jeremy smiled as he set his controller down. Michael just nodded, upset he didn't meet his goal. Ms. Mell closed the door, leaving the two boys to themselves.

"Hey Michael." Jeremy laid down on the beanbag, stretching his legs.

"Yeah?"

"Do you want to watch a movie? I just want to chill. Is that okay with you?" Jeremy sat up to see what Michael's response would be.

"Sure, why not? What do you want to watch?" Jeremy smiled and leans against Michael.

"You know I'm a sucker for Disney." (same though)

Michael sighed and got up. He opened a drawer and searched for DVD's. He prefered disks to netflix or cable. "Is How To Train Your Dragon okay with you?"

Jeremy nodded as he sat down on the couch in front of the tv. Michael put the disk in and sat down next to his friend.

The title screen started to play and Michael started to lean towards his left, slowly getting closer to Jeremy. The taller boy didn't do anything about it because he brushed it off as a friendly thing.

Michael put his full weight on his friend's shoulder and snuggled closer, making the space between them smaller.

Jeremy raised an eyebrow. "Michael, what are you doing?"

Michael rested his head on the shoulder on Jeremy and made a satisfied hum. Jeremy rolled his eyes and continues to watch the movie without Michael. He was getting to the good part.
