Assalamu alaikum,

I have a boyfriend, he loves me and I love him to our relationship is almost 2years , my problem is he doesn't text first even on whatsapp,  he always waits for me to text first even when he's online  , we are very close and he loves  me so much

Some times I continue texting first for the sake of our relationship and for the love we have for each other .

But sometimes I refuse to text first for my self respect and for him to know my worth

Please tell me what I should do, thank you
