5- What's up
Sam's POV
Never have I felt this nervous before. I mean, the first day of school was very nerve wracking but the second day? For some reason, I couldn't help but feel horrible.
After Kendall said to apologize, I didn't.
I got scared.
Venny was a very...interesting girl and I don't know how she would react. I've only just met her and she seemed a little teed off when she came back to the seats. Anyway, I was scared. And if she told the others that I didn't apologize, well, that will make me even more dead than I already am.
I took in a deep breath before walking through the front doors of the school. Everything went quiet. A pin could drop and everyone would be able to hear it.
I smiled nervously and tugged on the loops of my backpack. I was suddenly met with a pair of two green eyes and a mischievous smirk.
What was his name again? The guy who did all of the pranks?
"Hey, Sam," he said, flicking his brown hair to of his eyes. He walked beside me in time with my pace.
"Hey," I said obviously bypassing his name.
"The name's Kirsten, remember? We have Algebra and Chemistry together?" I nodded immediately feeling guilty.
"Of course, I remember you, I just forgot your name." He nodded knowingly.
"So, do you have PE today." I nodded.
"Sadly." He chuckled.
"Not much of a fan, are you?" I shook my head and pushed a strand piece of hair behind my ear.
"Nah, anything that has to do with running or being pelted with balls is not really my thing." He laughed then awkwardly patted me on the back.
"Yeah, well, I'll see you later." I nodded then turned the corner as he walked away. I opened my locker and shoved all my books in. I heard a familiar voice, down the hall and looked back.
It's him! Oh, gosh! Do I look good? My hair is a mess! He'll probably think I'm ugly. Oh great.
He smiled softly as he walked past others and I averted my eyes as his glance was nearing me. I could hear the squeaking of his sneakers and they stopped right behind me. I turned around to see him smiling at me and immediately blushed.
"Hey, Christopher." I giggled and he gave me a toothy grin.
"Looks like we're" -he slipped off his backpack- "locker buddies!" I raised an eyebrow and tried not squeal at his cuteness.
"What does that mean?" He smirked while opened the locker next to mine and I suddenly got it.
"Well, we have lockers right by eachothers and...yeah." He took off his black beanie, revealing his brown almost black hair that could make any girl go wild, and shoved it in his locker.
"That's great," I nodded, "do you-" I was cut off by his laughter. I raised an eyebrow. "What?" His laughter quieted down but he still chuckled a bit.
"Meet up with Kirsten today, did you?" I nodded slowly.
"Yes, how did you know?" He answered while reaching to the back of me and pulling something off. It was a paper that said F*** Me. I immediately blushed feeling like an idiot. Christopher seemed to notice because he placed a reassuring hand on my shoulder.
"Don't worry, he gets everybody once in a while." I nodded still feeling bit lonely.
Two hands were placed over Christopher ' s eyes.
"Guess who!" The voice sang. Christopher mocked thought for a moment before answering.
"Oh, I don't know, probably the bestest girlfriend in the world?" He spun around and bent down a little so he was to Jen ' s height. She smirked.
"You got that right." They both just smiled and looked into each other's eyes before Jen stood on her tippy toes and pecked him on the lips. Her eyes then traveled to me and she had a look of pure confusion before her face softened.
"Oh, hey, Sam." What's up with her? It's like she forgot me.
Christopher slinged his arm over Jen shoulders and pecked her cheek.
If I could describe my emotions in one word right now it would be supercalifragelisticespialidocious
I don't think I spelled that right but, oh well.
