"And there were rumors everywhere!" Aster yelled in front of the guard, aka as we all know as Teddy. Teddy rolled his eyes, only focusing his work guarding the kingdom as he stood by the gate. Aster was next to him, his arms crossed in front of his chest as he leaned against the gate, staring down at the ground. Aster continued complaining and explaining, while Teddy face-palmed and interrupted the young adult troll. "Enough, Aster. Just... stop."

"What?! You're telling me that I can't give the rights to explain that we're not dating!" The greyish blue troll held his cheeks and squished them, while Teddy flicked his forehead, causing Aster to wince ever so slightly. "OW! What was that for?!"

"Man up. That is not how I raised you. Besides, I noticed how you're close to that Lake. And I can clearly see that you were waiting for this to happen. Am I right?" He looked at Aster with a serious look, while Aster's eyes widened as he looked up at Teddy, then he had a small frown with his cheeks burning red as he embraced himself, totally speechless as looked away from the guard. He whispered. "Whatever..."

"I suppose I'm right?" Teddy replied, smirking slightly as he faced away from Aster. Aster continued blushing, but he mumbled something, something certainly Teddy can't hear or understand. Teddy raised a brow. "What was that?"

"I said-... never mind, it's not that important." Aster replied and tried stopping himself from blushing. Teddy laughed, but then stopped after a moment. "Oh boy, Aster. How love is so strange in so many ways."

"You really think so?" Aster finally stopped blushing, and looked up at the guard with a questionable and a curious look, raising a brow as he asked. Teddy nodded his head while pursuing his lips, then he looked down at Aster, and gave him a once in a life time smile. "Yup. I was like that when I was your age. Oh, how I was so naive and awkward as you."

"Hey!" Aster glared at him and crossed his arms, then Teddy nodded and pulled out a picture of a female troll, who was smiling brightly as her soft hair looked shiny as her eyes sparkled. Teddy gazed at it and smiled, while Aster looked over Teddy's shoulder and peeked as he saw the photo. Teddy looked at Aster from his shoulder, still holding up a smile as Aster grinned. "I used to be in love once. And now, we're happily married."

"Does that mean you're actually a nice and kind guy?" He asked, grinning ever so widely. Teddy shook his head, holding a crooked smile now. "Nope. I still hate you."

"AWW!" Aster whined and got off from his shoulder and stood on his feet, then he waved at Teddy and walked away. "Bye Teddy! See ya soon!"

"No problem, Aster." Teddy smiled brightly as he left, and then continued in with his work, stilling smiling. Aster continued walking away, and glanced one last time at Teddy and smiled widely. Thanks for the talk... dad.

He continued on his path, in a great mood with a happy look on his face.
