It will be weekend update As you all know I'm taking my own time now on Updates.

The story is about the Serial it all start with the engagement, the previous story is same like in serial Swara is against this engagement.

DP was at MM

"I choose a girl for Laksh. Her name is Ragini Gadodia she is 20 years old and a Malwari like us!" He said proudly "She is a music student and has learnt to play the sitar. A classic instrument! I don't want to hear any excuse from Laksh. This marriage will take place it's about my reputation and word I have given!" He was speaking to AP in privacy.

AP nods "I will make him understand!" She was upset as DP again took a decision on Laksh life without his permission. But this was a daily deal they have to live with.

Laksh was coming home late in the night. His mother was waiting for him, he was a tipsy and tried to hide it "Maa?"

AP shook her head in disbelief "Laksh you drunk?" Laksh shook his head, he failed in the eyes of his mother "I'm sorry Maa, but I was gone out with my friends and they drunk, they offer me and I couldn't deny them! Please forgive me I won't do that again" He asked for forgiveness.

AP took a deep breath "I know your life is difficult, very difficult as your life is ruled by your father and he has decided a big step in your life. He wants you to marry a woman of his choice!"

Laksh was numb "But Maa I..?"

AP looked at him "Do it for me!" Laksh nods he would do everything for his mother.

It was the next day Laksh took a long shower the whole family was waiting for him. He come down wearing his suit.

DP saw him "Laksh I don't want to hear a word from you!" Laksh looks at his mom and nods "Don't worry I won't say anything!"

They reached Baadi, it was beautifully decorated with flowers.

They was heartily welcomed by the Gadodias.

DP greeted them and they took the Aarti from Laksh. He was feeling uncomfortable, but there wasn't a chance to excuse himself, but then the worst happen. He saw her...

Swara was looking at him. What is this jerk doing here? Is he the groom? No, I can't let this engagement happen I have to stop this.

Laksh was nervous. Oh gosh what is she doing here and how is she related to the Gadodia family. Wasn't her name Swara Bose. She is a Bengali... Oh shit. What if they are friends.

AP was looking around "Kaaki sa where is Ragini?" She asked as she wanted to see her to be Daughter-in-law.

Parvati smiles "I will just get her, she is getting ready!" She leaves to look after Ragini, who was getting ready. She hold Ragini.

"My Laado you are looking so cute and beautiful! You know they have arrived!"

Ragini smiles "Daadi Maa just two minutes and I will come!" She said and Daadi nods.

She left the room and someone else entered. "Ragini!" Ragini turns and saw her "Swara you here, what are you doing here if Daadi sees you she will get angry!"

Swara nods "I know, but it is very important!" She told him everything about Laksh. Ragini felt bad she was near her tears "What? is this true?"

Swara nods she hears the door and hides behind the wardrobe. Ragini wipes her tears away.

Daadi come in with AP "Wow my DIL Ragini is looking like an angel!" She was fully ready and comes out with her.

Laksh looked at her and was amazed by her. Wow this is the first time Papa made a right decision, she is damn beautiful and cute. What is this...? He was hearing how his heartbeat increased, it was pounding faster than usually. He was bounded by her.

Ragini sat next to him. He doesn't look like someone, who would do something like this. Maybe Swara is lying or overreacting.

Laksh smiles looking at her "Hi how are you?" He asked politely and she lowers her gaze "Fine and you?"

Laksh tries to hold her hand... she shivers and took it back "No, I'm not like the women's you had in your past!" She shouts and all looked at him.

Laksh lowers his gaze "Ragini you are misunderstanding me. I...?" He tried to defence himself, but then Swara come into her mind.

"Laksh ji I got to know about you and your deeds through Swara! I can't marry a man like you!" She stood up and was about to leave.

"Ragini please wait! Let me explain you, don't you want to hear my version of the story? I mean doesn't I have the right to say something on my defence?" He stood up and hold her wrist.

Ragini looked at him, she struggles to release herself "Please leave me!" Laksh felt bad, but could understand it "Sorry I don't wanted to hurt you!" There was honesty in his eyes and pain in his voice.

Ragini saw the families she doesn't wanted to hurt anyone "Say!" Laksh smiles, but there wasn't anything he could tell her as she knows everything "Sorry! Please give me a chance!" He saw his mother, who smiles at him.

So like in serial they got to know about Laksh, but this time through Laksh and not Swara.

Ragini fears to face the pain of the ruined reputation of the families.

DP come near them "Ragini I promise you he won't do anything like this. You have my word!"

Ragini nods, trusting the words of DP.

The engagement took place...
