What the heck just happened? I looked at the ring which the great Xavier had just slid into my ring finger and left me there all shocked and wait did he just said that I had to marry him tomorrow!!! Like hell, I am going to.

I was quickly made my way towards the elevator but it was of no use as I heard a loud sound of a sports car. That arrogant bastard didn't even wait for my reply and just left. What am I supposed to do now?

I turned around to talk to James but he was still discussing something with Xavier's lawyer. I bet that James must be trying to impress that lawyer with his skills.

They finally ended their discussion and they both got up from their places and shook their hands.

"It was nice working with you, Mr Topez."

"It was a pleasure working and meeting you, Mr Fell" James said as he smiled at Mr Fell. "I will escort myself out." He said and left.

"I saw the contract, there is no loophole which is weird because I thought there will be. But are you sure about this?" He asked as he gave me the worried look.

"I don't have any choice, James." He sighed and said "Just take care and be careful Aubrey around him," He said and as he hugged me. I hugged him back and after a few seconds, I pulled away. I smiled at him.

"I will be in staying in a hotel today and I have one more client here that I want to meet. If anything happens you can always call me Okay? I have one copy of the contract and I will mail it to you so that he doesn't tear it." I raised an eyebrow and said, "Why would Xavier tear the contract." "Just in case in the future." I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah whatever and Thank you so much for coming here on my one call and tell Ashely that I said hi." He chuckled deeply on hearing his fiancé's name. "Yes sure. I will get going then." I nodded and he left.

I looked at the clock. It was 9:30. paparazzi had started surrounding my building again. I called my assistant.

" Williams I know it is your holiday but you know the situation. I want you to come to the office and look after it no one is to enter the building and make sure that the paparazzi's are not there crowding my building and there should be no news about the building being devoid of employees people will think that I have shut down the company for good which is not at all the case. Understood?"

"Yes, Miss Clinton." "And, I want you to book a flight for LA at 12:3o p.m. So keep the jet ready.

"Ma'am Mr Martini took the jet at night to go to Hawaii he said that he will inform you about it?" Oh, Shoot I completely forgot about that.

"Okay, one last thing, I want you to get Mr De Angelis' secretary's number, and ask her about the details of the show that she has booked for Xavier."

"I am sorry Miss Clinton did you say, Mr De Angelis?"

"Did I stammer Williams?" "No-o Miss Clinton you won't be disappointed."

"Good," I said and I ended the call.

I sat inside my car and went over to Leo's and Maddie's. I asked the maids where they were and I don't know why I did because I obviously knew that they were going to be in their bedroom.

I opened their bedroom and found them sleeping with Maddie in Leo's arms. Awww. I went towards the window and pushed the curtains aside revealing the broad daylight.

"Rise and shine lovebirds. I am hoping that both of you are wearing clothes under the sheets." I said and I heard both of them groan.

"Unfortunately yes," Leo replied as they both sat on the bed.

Maddie looked at me and her eyes widened she squealed loudly making me quickly cover my ears.

"Aubrey Andrea Clinton is that a FUCKING DIAMOND RING THAT YOU ARE WEARING IN YOUR FUCKING RING FINGER OF YOUR FUCKING LEFT HAND."

"Quit cursing babe and WHAT THE FUCK Aubrey?" I rolled my eyes.

"Your best friend did this. That asshole slid the ring in my finger without even warning me and fucking left."

"Wait wasn't he fucking a girl last night," Leo said which made him earn a glare from Maddie. I felt a pain in my heart when I heard the ugly sad truth.

"Yes he did Leonardo do you think that I willingly let that man whore of your stupid ass best friend slid the ringer on my finger?"

"No. What exactly happened?" I sighed and told them the whole story.

"So you both are going to LA and reveal your engagement? on The Alex's Talk Show? Where almost all the celebrities spill their tea of life? God that lady is the worst Aubrey, me and Leo had gone there and she literally went to our sex life it was so damn awkward for me." She said as Leo got up from the bed to get his shirt.

"Awkward for her? She was literally undressing me though Maddie was sitting right beside me at that time and she knew that Maddie is my girl." Leo whispered to me as he put on his shirt.

"What?" She asked innocently.

"Nothing babe." He said and went and kissed her lips before she could say nothing further.

I sighed and then I remember that I had to call the great Adrian.

"Did you guys know that Adrian went to Hawaii last night?"

"Yes" "No," Maddie and Leo said at the same time.

Leo raised his eyebrow. " he didn't tell Me anything and he told you?" Maddie rolled her eyes and said, " He had texted me last night and he told me to tell you."

"Why is he in Hawaii anyway?" I asked and Maddie just shrugged and Leo was still thinking something.

I called him immediately. He picked up the phone at the second ring and I put the phone on the speaker.

"Hi tell me what happened you have my undivided attention." He said happily.

"First tell me why are in Hawaii??"

"No reason." He said quickly. That boy is doing something. " You went to Hawaii for no reason and didn't even tell me?" Leo asked.

"Hello to you to Leonardo. I had texted Maddie didn't she tell you?" "I did," Maddie answered from behind.

"Aww is the little Leo jealous that I texted his girlfriend and not him, don't worry babe I will text you from next time, and don't tell Maddie about our relationship," Adrian said even though he was on speaker. Maddie rolled her eyes and said, "You can have him." "What you are not even gonna fight for me Mads. I am so disappointed in you." Wait Adrian just changed the topic didn't he. "Adrian Martini would you please enlighten me and tell me why are you in Hawaii?"

"Why do you ask?" He replied to me with a question.

"Bring my jet back then by 11 ."

"What no I have to stay here for at least one more day."

I groan when I heard it. " Why do you need the plane anyway?" I explained to him what all happened in the office.

" Wow, that guy has guts." I rolled my eyes.

" Leo, Maddie I am taking your plane."

"I sent the plane yesterday with my assistant back to Greece because I forgot my designing stuff at the mansion because we were in a hurry," Maddie said giving me an apologizing look.

I groaned again. I will tell Williams to book a business class ticket on a plane.

"Anyways I have to go some girls are ogling over me and are filming me, yeah so I am going bye. Love you, babe." He said the part loudly I guess to make the girl back off and ended the call. All three of us started laughing loudly.

I, Maddie, Leo continued talking they were telling me about Leo's movie premiere as I had promised them that I will listen to them once they are back.

But I hadn't listened to even a single thing because I was too busy thinking about what is going to happen from today onwards. Xavier had left me for two years alone but now he came back yesterday and today I am fucking engaged to him. What exactly does he want now from me? I had given him my everything and he messed it up by cheating on me like those four years didn't mean anything to him.

Is he going to do the same? Spend the next one year and six months with me and then leave me like those years and months didn't matter to him? Why the heck am I even hoping that he likes me? He made it pretty clear yesterday that he didn't like me.

I was pulled away from my thought when I heard my phone ring.

"I was going to call you only Williams, I want you to book a flight to LA of business class."

The next thing that he said made my blood boil even more.

"But Miss Clinton Mr De Angelis' secretary told me that he is going to take you with him there in his jet."

The chapter is medium not too short not too long, 1700 words so spare me.
