I got up early, frankly speaking, I didn't get any sleep last night. Yesterday I was busy calling my 'friends' and tell them that I am not going broke and that I will be on the top again. And god knows how I am going to do that. And even me, Adrian, Leo and Maddie stayed up till almost midnight and tried to track that bastard Dominic with the help of Adrian's team that he had brought but we couldn't find anything. His phone was last tracked at an abonded warehouse which was very suspicious. Maddie and Leo went home early as they were tired from trip, they had went to Greece for Leo's one of the movie premiere. I actually felt bad because I ruined their perfect romantic getaway.

I quickly got dressed and put on a minimal amount of make up and glanced at my Audemars Piguet watch, I had more thirty minutes before meeting him. I took my bag and went to my garage where my baby Lamborghini Aventador was there my true love.I sat inside my car and drove off to my office. Thankful it was quieter as it was only 7:30 a.m. and there wasn't any morning rush.

I went inside and called Williams and gave him a holiday. This office, my empire which my dad handed over to me without even hesitating for even a second , I just cant lose this. He worked so hard for this, he built this entire empire from nothing and I had one job. I cant just tell my dad that I lost the company because of my one stupid mistake of trusting a man.

I held my face in my hand lost in my thoughts. Marrying Xavier would save my company but then I can't just use him for my company and marry him like my heart doesn't explode when I see him and his oceanic blue eyes, when he calls me by my middle name because he thinks that there should a name which only he could say in his sexy Italian accent and no one else. I can't just fall in love with that man again tough my heart still belongs to him though he has intentionally crashed it a trillion times, by being with new model every other day.

I pushed my raven hair back and tied them in a ponytail letting out two strands fall which are too short to be tied. I checked my phone to find a message from Adrian.

Idiot Writer Martini:

Hey Sunshine! Dont worry everything will be fine I believe in you and you will do fine lil sis! I just landed in Hawaii you know because I don't trust Xavier De Angelis he will sue my ass for anything so I am turning off my phone. After two hours I will turn my phone on to hear all the hot gossip. Bye love you don't let that manipulative bitch get inside you head.

P.S. I took your jet. Thank you. You are the bestttttttttttttttttt.

I smiled and rolled my eyes. He is like on of those people who will give you the best short pep talks but ruin it by saying something stupid but it ends up putting a smile on your face making you forget about your worries.

"Smiling on our own now are we." I didn't even have to look up to recognize that Italian accent. The atmosphere tened with even a few seconds and filled with his intoxicating cologne. Oh come on he didn't even do anything.

I saw his lawyer following him in, and obviously he was one of the top lawyers in the world. He was fifteen minutes early though.

We sat on the conference table, he sat on the chair opposite to mine and his lawyer began to remove so documents.

I finally broke the ice and said "See Xavier I am agreed to this because I need to get my company back to number three and I will do anything for it. Even if it means that I have to marry you. Don't get your hopes high by thinking that I am marrying you because I still like you. And for your information, I broke up with Adrian."

"Well, you're stupid if you thought that I still like you. Don't get your hopes, high Princess." He hissed back coldly, mocking me. Ouch, that definitely hurt.

"I will sign the contract but I want to add certain rules to it."

"Me too" Finally we agreed to something.

"First of all, We both will only hold hands in public and nothing else.

Second of all, if you wanna fuck anyone do it in some hotel and make sure that paparazzi won't see you. I don't want people to think that I am married to a cheater and a manwhore." Though he is one.

"Thirdly I am just marrying you for the outside world so you can't tell me what to do and what not to do. If you go around bossing me around I will divorce you.

and-"

"Are you done?" He snapped harshly as he looked at me piercing his blue eyes into mine.

"See Xavier You are the one who suggested the fabulous idea of getting married. There is no use of arguing with me so why don't we just get this over with?"

"Are you jealous?" He said giving me his infamous smirk "No, I don't care what you do Mr De Angelis, if I had feelings for you then I would give a fuck." I said lying straight through my teeth with my professional face trying to hide my emotions which I am trying to do since the last two years. It's very hard not to break down in front of him and run back in his warm arms and cry all day.

" Anyways." He cleared his throat and quickly blinked and looked at me again, " Though you don't care princess just for your information I won't be with another girl from the second I sign this contract, I am maybe a manwhore but I am not a cheater." I mentally scoffed and rolled my eyes. Yeah right.

"And I accept everything that you said till now but you have to kiss in the public."

"Absolutely not," I said angrily who does he think he is. First, of all, he cheated on me and after two fucking years he wants me to marry and now he wants me to kiss him and not fall in love with him again?

" Watch your tone, Miss Clinton. You are forgetting that I am marrying you for YOUR benefit and not mine."

"Really?" I asked raising my eyebrows. Didn't he say yesterday itself that he was marrying for both of our benefits?

" No one will believe us if we don't kiss and show any public affection"

"If you want to show 'public affection' then why don't you hire some whore? I am sure they will be dying to kiss you."

"Do you think I am dying to kiss you? I have kissed many other better women." Ouch, even that hurt. The one thing that I hate the most about him is that he knew the exact things that will make you feel you so miserable and regret that you even met him, this was his 'speciality' which made him the top businessman.

" And one more thing Miss Clinton, don't make me remind you again why we are doing this, I would happily marry some one else instead if you." He said harshly in his neutral tone which didn't show even slightest of emotion.

" If I were I would watch my tone Mr De Angelis, because knowing you I know that you wouldn't marry my client just for her benefit." I turned around to see my lawyer friend James walking in. I called him yesterday and told him everything and he was ready to come here from London. He was studying with all five us in Cambridge so he is pretty smart.

I gave him a quick side hug but he came in for a full hug and whispered, "Dont worry I will take care of this asshole." I gave him a small smile.

"And who the fuck are you?" Xavier asked him angrily.

"James Topez. You don't remember me? You had punched me when I tried to talk to Aubrey." My eyes went wide when he said that. I didn't know that.

" Yeah whatever. Yesterday you were telling me Andrea that don't be late and your lawyer himself is late." I looked at the clock and rolled my eyes when I saw that it was just 7:58.

"My apologies, I came here from London and the flight landed here late but I tried to come as fast as possible."

"You don't have to apologise, James, it's just 7:58 you are just on time."

"You came here all the way from London?" He asked with his eyebrows raised anger clear on his face.

"Yes, I booked a flight as soon as I got Aubrey's call. Why? Does that bother you Mr De Anglis?" He asked smirking. He really wants to push his buttons, doesn't he?

"No. As I was saying my lawyer has noted down all the rules that you have mentioned but I want you to kiss me at least once in the public and you are moving in with me." I opened my mouth to say something but he cut me off immediately.

"See Andrea don't argue with me on this, we have to make the people believe that we are happy and in love so they are not going to believe us if we don't kiss in the public." I sigh in defeat.

"Okay fine, but how are people going to believe that I married you out of love and not just to bring my company back?"

"It's simple, I have already arranged about our appearance on the famous  'Alex's Talk Show' in LA which is going to be at 6:30 p.m. I expect you to be there at 6 p.m. at the set. There we will announce our engagement . I'll discuss with you about that later."

"Okay fine." Wait he said that I have to fucking move with him?

"Wait I am not moving in your house with you." I said angrily

"I agree with my client why do you want to make her move in with you?" James finally said.

"For a lawyer you are very dumb Mr Topez, paparazzi are everywhere if they find out that she is not living with me they will question our marriage."

I sigh and say " Okay I will move in with you but I am not sharing my bed with you so don't even think about it."

"What makes you think that I want to share my bed with with you." I look at the floor because I was on the verge of breaking down. He is just trying to get in my head. No I cant let him break me again.

I looked at him and rolled my eyes in front of him because I know he hates it when someone rolls their eyes at him and specially me. He would- Oh god I didnt not just think about that. What the heck is wrong with you Aubrey.

" Okay so can you repeat all the rules that you have mentioned?" James asked Xavier's lawyer who was quite the whole time and didn't even took the efforts to say anything when I had entered.

" They will only hold hands in public and kiss once or twice.

Mr De Angelis wont sleep with anyone from the moment they are married.

Miss Clinton will move in with Mr De Angelis.

Their marriage will last only for two years.

Miss Clinton is forbidden from seeing anyone during their marriage span."

"Forbidden? You think you own me Xavier? I told you that you can do whatever you want or in your language shall I say whoever you want, then why should I be 'forbidden' from seeing anyone."

" I am not going to do anyone one for the next twenty four months, so I expect you to do the same and not see anyone." I looked at James but he didn't say anything because Xavier was right but I am damn sure that he will fuck some whore because he cant live without fucking someone and having blue balls for twenty four months? That's Impossible for even him.

"I want the contract to end in one year and six months." The lawyer looked at Xaveir and wrote it down after getting a nod from him.

" Do you want to add anything else Andrea?" "No I guess that's it."

"After the contract is over Mr De Angelis will transfer five million to Miss Clinton's bank account and is ready to give any amount if she desires."

" Are you fucking serious right now" I asked angrily before I could say anything further James quickly spoke.

"Mr De Angelis my client has enough money you are forgetting that she is a billionaire herself I dont think so she needs your money."

"I would like to hear it from her own mouth and not from yours Mr Topez."

" He is my lawyer and he has full right to speak from my side and he said nothing wrong. I dont want your money Xavier."

"Would you let my lawyer finish Andrea?" I rolled my eyes and stayed silent for him to continue

" If Miss Clinton or Mr De Angelis decides to divorce then the one who signed the divorce papers first have to pay 10 million dollars to the other and more if the person who is forced to sign the paper desires so."

" I am fine with the second clause but not the first one."

He touched his forehead, his habit of expressing his emotions when he is thinking about something.
Get over it Aubrey. Yeah right.

"Make the changes."

"Anything else Mr De Angelis and Miss Clinton?"

" No." We said that the same time. I looked at James so that he can look over the papers and see whether Xavier hasn't  added anything stupid. After getting an approving nod from him, I said " I am ready to sign the paper."
"Then please sign here." I did as I was told that to with my almost shaking hands as I bound to my freaking ex from the moment I sign this Contract.

"Is there anything else?" I asked as I just wanted to get this over with.
" No Miss Clinton."
" Then I would like to leave you two gentlemen to leave." I said in the politest way possible.
" I would like to discuss some things with Mr Topez here for a few minutes if you don't mind Miss Clinton." I nodded as he was kind and one the most famous lawyers and I practically told him to get out of my office.

" I will be in another room meet me after you are done James." I said and turned around to leave but I was twirled around to see his face again. "Be ready at the church at 9'o clock to get married tomorrow, Andrea." Xavier said as he slid a large diamond ring in my ring finger.

Okay this was a long ass 2800 words chapter.It's currently 00: 40 and I am damn sleepy and don't know what to say. So yeah.

I will update the next chapter on Saturday or Sunday this week.
