"Are you gone insane Xavier!! How the fuck are you going to arrange all the things and get the hotels done in three freaking years only!!! This isn't one of the hotels in New York where you can build a hotel in five months." I said as soon as the Andino brothers left.

"Would you calm down Andrea? Can't you just be happy about the fact we made a five billion euros deal? If we build the hotels in three years then they would trust us to build other things which they want on their island, it would be a huge advantage for both of our company if we construct a whole island," Well he has a point but still what if it doesn't happen on time? He would have to pay 5 Billion Euros!! That's almost 6 Billion dollars!!

Is that a concern Aubrey?

No, not at all. I mean his net worth is 50 Billion or something, six billion won't affect him.

"Okay fine," I said giving in. Suddenly Xavier's phone rang.

"You go ahead I have to take this," He said as he walked in the opposite direction as I stared at his retreating figure.

I sighed. I am not going to sulk because of him.

I decided to take a stroll in the city.

It's 5 pm now, four hours since he left. I spent two hours walking through the streets of Santorini which was really great. I hadn't walked for this long without getting mobbed by paparazzi. By the time I reached the hotel, the door was unlocked and Xavier was nowhere in the site. How could he just leave the room unlocked and go somewhere?

I slid on my pure white bathing suit as I decided to swim a little. The view of the sunset was just marvellous. The pinkish hue along with the orange shade. I clicked a few pics of the sunset as I continued staring at the view.

"Enjoying the sunset?" I heard Xavier's voice from behind. I decided not to turn around. I felt the water around me move, indicating that he was now in the pool.

"It was more enjoyable before you came," I said bitterly without turning back. He had just vanished into thin air and now he decides to come?

"I apologise. One of my clients was here and he called an urgent meeting." I didn't ask. I wanted to say it out loud but I didn't.

"You know how to swim or do you want me to make sure that you don't drown?" He said in a joking manner referring to our past incident.

"Can we not talk about our past right now Xavier, till we stay here."I snapped at him harshly without looking back at him.

"Okay then Let's pretend that we are just here on a trip and enjoy it?" Xavier said which surprised me and caused me to finally turned around only to meet with his naked upper body.

"Because I really don't want to fight with you while we here," He said giving me a pleading look.

"Xavier.." I said slowly in a low voice. I wanted to scream in his face telling him that no I can't just forget it, asking him why he cheated on me, but seeing him like this... asking me to not fight with him just for few days I mean what's the harm? I am tired of fighting with him every day. For almost a month we have been ignoring each other though we live in the same house. Somedays I would go early and come home late, somedays he would.

We have to put an end to this and I have to ask him someday that wasn't I enough? Why would he do that to me? But that day wasn't today and I wasn't definitely looking forward to it.

"Okay," I said in a hushed tone. "Really?" He said as if he thought that I wouldn't say yes.

"Yes," I said while looking into his eyes. He just widely smiled at me, but his smile changed into an evil grin, which caused me to narrow my eyes at him. Within a fraction of a second, I was drenched in water, not just a little water, he splashed almost a quarter of the pool on me and now even my hair was soaked.

"You did not just do that," I said with my mouth slightly open. He just smirked in return. I glared at him and splashed the water at him continuously. He used his hands to block the water and I increased the pace of hands, trying to get more water on him. He quickly turned around trying to protect him but that didn't stop me from throwing water at him.

"You know your palms are smaller than mine," He said with his back facing me, but I wasn't complaining.

"So?" "So I can do this," He said and he turned around so fast with his hands inside the water as he splashed almost a half-gallon of water on me, making me drenched, again.

"XAVIER!" I squealed loudly and he just laughed in return. I couldn't help but smile that the sight of him laughing. Like a genuine laugh, not a chuckle or smirk or smile. Gosh, I missed this site so much.

As if he felt his eyes on me his laughter subsided. He cleared his throat and said," Let's enjoy the sunset before it gets dark."

We ordered room service and had it outside near the pool. We talked for half an hour, Xavier was explaining to me what deal he had just done with the client he met and how it benefitted us, just the usual business talks.

After having our dinner we decided to go inside as it was getting darker and a bit cold. Xavier was showering and here I am in a bathrobe deciding what to wear.

I am definitely not wearing the nightdresses, I just have suits and two-party dresses. I am definitely going to murder Maddie.

I heard the shower stop and a few seconds later the door was unlocked.

"You can go in now," I heard Xavier's voice but I didn't turn around.

"Can you lend me one of your shirts?"I said finally giving up as I couldn't find anything. He raised his eyebrows. "Why?" "Maddie didn't pack my loungewear and night suits, she just packed fucking translucent dress," I said rolling my eyes and he just chuckled, which surprisingly made me smile too.

"Here," He said passing me one of his white shirts. "Thank you," I said trying hard not to glance at his naked chest as I quickly went to the bathroom to shower.

I know but I haven't said those words for three years.

"Good night Xav," I said.

I waited for his reply but it never came. See that's why I didn't want to say-

"Good night Andrea" I heard his voice which was a bit too close. I felt his breath on my ear and his lips almost touching my upper ear. My body completely froze and my breath hitched.

"I am glad Maddie packed matching lingerie too," He said as he placed a longing kiss on my ear lobe.

Leaving my body frozen and my heart beating fast against my ribcage.

"Come on! Just get into the water already!!"Xavier groaned.

The manager had come knocking at our door telling us that the suit and oxygen tanks for scuba diving along with the boat were ready.

I didn't want to decline the offer as the Andino brothers had arranged everything, so here we are in the middle of a secluded area in a boat.

I knew how to swim but this wasn't a swimming pool, it is a freaking ocean!!!

I was sitting on the edge of the boat, wearing the rubber suit with heavy oxygen cylinders tied to my back, fins on my feet, weights tied around my waist and goggles around my neck. While Xavier was already inside the water. I wanted an instructor but Xavier declined them saying that he was a professional swimmer.

Just because he says he is doesn't mean that he is.

He showed them his certificates on his phone Aubrey and don't act like you didn't know that already.

But still. What if there is a big whale who would eat me up or worse what if a jellyfish stings me to death?

"Would you stop staring at the water and get in already, it's not like you are going to die," Xavier deadpanned.

"It's easy for you to say, you have done this before," "Get in the water within two minutes or else I am going to pull you in,"

I rolled my eyes. Like he would dare to- I felt a moist hand around my exposed ankle. I looked down to see Xavier's palms wrapped around my ankle and he was smirking. He tugged my ankle with little force. "Okay fine, I am getting in,"

I closed my eyes as took a breath and exhaled. I opened my eyes to see Xavier putting out his hand for me. I put on the goggles as I placed my hand in his.

"Remember breath in and out from the pipe. Show me a thumbs up if you want to go up to the surface and if you want to go down show me a thumbs down, the okay sign if you are okay shake your hands like this if you are not okay," Xavier said as he showed me the signs.

"Okay," I said showing the sign.

"Are you ready?" He said as he put on his goggles and the regulator in his mouth.

I shook my head doing the same as him. He held out his hand for me as he started me. I hesitated a bit but then I finally grabbed it. He raised his index finger as he counted till three.

On the count of three, we pushed our lower half in the water. I had shut my eyes closed as I let my body adjust to the surrounding water. I concentrated on my breathing. After a few seconds, I felt relaxed and I could breathe through the pipe. I finally opened my eyes to see Xavier staring at me.

I stared back at him but the bubbles which came out from his breathing pipe weren't helping. My smiles were pulled into a smile.

He looked at me and pointed his thumb down, as he dived downwards and I did the same.

After a few seconds, I could no longer see the bottom of our ship and the colour of the water was beautiful turquoise. Tiny orange fishes moved past us. We continued going down where I could see the yellow-green, pink corals.

I hadn't left Xavier's hand, fearing that I would sink in the ocean.

I moved my fins as I saw the corals. There were some crabs crawling on the seafloor. Different kinds of Fishes moving in packs. I moved a little down, with Xavier as we watched the corals closely. Three white jellyfish moved towards us. Xavier was about to touch them but I lightly squatted his arm away.

We moved our fins and arms and stood as we watched the pack of bluish yellow fish pass by. Once they went ahead we continued swimming. At I distance there was a small cave. Xavier looked at me as he glanced at the cave again. I shook my head right and left but he shook his head up and down telling me that we were going inside the dark cave.

I held his hand tighter as we went inside. Xavier switched oned his small torch, which I didn't know he had.

He flashed the light inside the cave. We slowed moved forward. The cave wasn't fully closed, there were some cracks at the top that allowed the light to penetrate.

Xavier flashed the light on the slate fish which moved its fins as it flinched a little. There was a fish with long spine-like fins I was about to touch it when this time Xavier lightly squatted my hand away.

We finally went outside the cave and left each other's hand. Xavier was floating on his back while I was floating above him. We were lost in each other's eyes again.

He turned a bit, without breaking the eye contact as I followed him, doing the same. We kept going around in a circle, without breaking our gaze, until a pack of small bright orange fish passed us, pulling us from our trance.

I closed my eyes as I floated on my back. The water was slowly moving around me and the diffused sunlight falling on my skin. I closed my eyes as I enjoyed the blissful surrounding.

As much as I hate to admit it, this was just needed, Some time for myself to relax and............
