The night before the wedding day.

When I looked in the mirror I saw a girl who was wearing a pearly white wedding gown that fitted her body perfectly. She dreamt of this day ever since she attended her first church wedding. She is supposed to be happy, she is supposed to cherish her wedding day and her wedding week but all I could see is her broken soul.

I didn't know that tears were trickling down my eyes till I saw them in the mirror.

Tomorrow, within few hours, my name will be Mrs DeAngelis. If anyone had told me that I would be marrying Xavier three years ago, I would be happy.

But I am marrying the guy who cheated me, didn't give me any explanation why he did that. I should be happy that my knight in shining armour is going to marry me.

But the only problem is, is he really my knight in shining armour now? I try so hard to put up a facade to show people that I don't care about him that he didn't break me.

Why did he come back to my life and mess up with my feelings, my life? My life was going perfect without him. Why did I meet him that day in that coffee shop?

Seven years ago

I am finally here. Ever since I was little, I had always dreamt of being independent. I love my mom and dad but they spoil me too much. Even when I was in high school they didn't let me work, if I wanted anything they would give it to me.

I am currently working in this cute little cafe, which I and Maddie found just outside the campus. I want to earn my own money, let it be fifteen euros but I want to earn my own money.

My mom and dad would freak out if they found out that I am working in a small cafe. No one knows that I am the Aubrey Clinton, daughter of the millionaire Benjamin as I didn't want the paparazzi to follow me everywhere. People know that dad has a daughter but a very few people know how Aubrey Clinton looks like.

I was covering the afternoon shift as I didn't have class at that time. The owner to my lucky is very sweet. She is running this cafe for two years. I along with one boy and a girl run this cafe. Since the cafe is small, I could manage the cafe alone.

I heard the sweet ring of the bell, indicating that someone has arrived.

"Why the heck did you want to come here? This cafe is so fucking small and no one is here." I heard the voice which had a heavy accent. I looked at the person who was speaking and I froze.

He was well built, he looked around my age and he had the most gorgeous blue eyes that I had ever seen. He looked at me and I quickly averted my eyes to the person beside him. He had green eyes, almost similar height as the blue-eyed guy but the blue-eyed guy was well built than him and he looked way more handsome than the green-eyed guy.

Where did that come from?

The green-eyed guy hadn't spoken anything he was simply looking at his phone. I could feel the gaze of the blue-eyed guy on me but I didn't dare to look up.

"Where is Leo? He told me to come here. Blame that asshole, not me." He said and within a split of a second, another guy came inside the cafe.

"I was just behind you guys, I was screaming you guys names!!" The brown-eyed guy said who I presume is Leo.

I cleared my throat and all two of them finally looked to me. This is embarrassing.

"Welcome to Le Cafe how can I help you?"

"Wait, you are not her." The browned eyed guy said. I looked at him as if he was speaking something in a foreign language.

"I am sorry-" "You don't have to be sorry, what are you saying Leo?" The green-eyed guy said.

"I heard that girl saying that she would be here today at 4' O clock," Leo said as he looked at his watch and at the same time, I heard the bell ring and Maddie came inside like lighting.

"I am sorry I am late- " She said as she looked at me but then she felt the presence of the three guys and looked at them. Even she saw the brown-eyed guy, her eyes widened.

"YOU!!"She yelled and Leo smirked. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE YOU SELFISH BASTARD!!" I looked at the other two guys and the blue-eyed was still staring at me. I looked at him and I wished I didn't. I couldn't stop looking at his beautiful eyes. I got lost in those ocean eyes. They held so many emotions, I tried to read them but I couldn't. They were hidden from something.

"Aubrey!!" I heard Madeline say and I snapped out of those hypnotising blue eyes.

"Yes?" I said in almost a whisper.

"Aubrey" I turned around to see Adrain. He was smiling but when he saw my tear-stained face his smile dropped. He didn't have to know why I was crying. I know that he knew.

"It's okay sunshine." He came forward and hugged me.

"It hurts so bad Adrain. Why? Why would he cheat on me? I never cheated on him. I gave him everything ." I sobbed in his chest.

"I know sunshine. Let it all out." He said as he moved his hand over my hair and one on back.

I love you Andrea. I can't imagine my life without you. I will never leave you. I promise.

His words rang inside my mind and within a flash that sweet memory was replaced with Him kissing that girl last night.

Why did he meet me there that day? Why did he say those words? Why did he make promises which he couldn't keep? Why did he ruin those four years which were the best four years of my life by saying those painful things to me? Why did he save my company if he hated me? Why did he make me marry him and make me say those vows which we both know that we aren't going to keep?

Why did he have to break me?
