Virgil POV:
I sighed. It has been a week since we escaped the labyrinth and upgraded the mind palace by combining it with the tree. Autumn came so there were leaves falling everywhere. Roman came and sat down next to me on the couch and plucked out a leaf from my hair.
"Hey Hot Topic!" He said, kissing my cheek. I blushed.
It was nice to have Roman being all lovey dovey again, especially after the incident with Victor.
"Hi, Sir Sings A-lot."
I lay my head on his shoulder as he put his arm around me and a very rare thing happened. I was calm, and peaceful.
The things love will do to you.
"So," he said. "The mind palace is pretty."
"That's a bit of an understatement."
He chuckled. Ever since the vampire situation ended he AND I were making good recoveries. We were then startled by Patton hollering from the kitchen.
"Guys!! Get over here! Something amazing just happened!!!"
A turned my head in curiosity.
Roman took my hand and and led us to the kitchen. Patton was squealing with delight and Logan stood next to him with a smirk and held his hand.
"What's going on here?" Roman asked.
"Logan! You tell them!!" Patton said excitedly, almost dancing.
Logan was about to tell us what happened but Patton interrupted.
"WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!" Patton squealed.
"Yes. I asked him to be my husband." Logan blushed.
I was shocked but in a good way.
"WOW! Really?!" I exclaimed. This WAS amazing.
"Yep." Logan said.
"Wow! I'm so happy for you guys!" Roman shouted.
We continued to talk about what the wedding will be like and what theme it's gonna be and where it's going to be and all that. It got me wondering if Roman was ever gonna propose to me. I already know my answer. But it made me kinda scared. Was he ever gonna propose to me? I didn't wanna think about it. All that mattered at the moment was that Patton and Logan were getting married and that's it.

For the rest of the day we were planning out on what Logan and Pattons wedding was gonna be like. Roman thought of banners with their logos on it and I suggested a few love songs like Perfect by Ed Sheeran, I Get To Love You by Ruelle, or Fall On Me by A Great Big World. (Vids to the songs will be at the end of the chapter.)
We were going to make it Perfect.
Pun intended.

By the end of the day, Roman had already mapped out where everything was gonna be in the wedding from the banners to the flowers.
He went to bed excited to get started.
