The relatives and family members begin to trickle in: all of them arriving after the moments in which Ira needed the most help.

The gender reveal of the baby is pushed back by Ira, but soon, everyone gets restless to see 'their baby boy'.

Ira's mother-in-law picks up the baby and instantly plops her back in the crib after seeing the gender.

"It's a girl." Even if she tried, she couldn't disguise the utter disappointment crowding her speech.

Annoyance and disappointment dissipate into everyone's expressions as they exit the room, although they attempt to camouflage it as discomfort from being in a hospital.
