Author's POV
Afriye is walking down the hallway accompanied by her two besties Candy Arko and Pedi Shine. They are the most glamourous girls in their school. Their hips sway gracefully as they walk. Suddenly they stop because a girl is standing in their way. She is ignorant of their presence.

"Okay mom. I love you too..."

Afriye's POV
I was walking down the hallway with my besties when this slut blocks our path. Does she think she's more important than us? Doesn't she know I'm the bossu* around here. I'm going to give her a piece of my mind.

Author's POV
Afriye and Pedi share the same thoughts. Pedi foresees what's about to happen and is just waiting for the fun to happen. Afriye pushes the girl out of their way causing her phone to fly out of her hands. When she picks up her phone it's dented and she begins to cry softly whilst the badass trio leave the scene.

~Time skips~

Afriye's POV
It's lunch and I'm talking to my besties about how I'm about to start my acting career.

"You know I want to be an actress, right?" I say.

"Yeah", the two say in unison.

"And how I told you my aunt is the famous director, Jackie-Jane?
*They both simply nod* She wants me to star in her new movie called As You Were which is the sequel of the hit movie Black Eye"

We squeal in delight and touch each other's fingers.

"Charlie*, I'm so glad that you're starting your acting career and you're only 16." said Pedi.

"Everyone ~ swirling her finger around the entire room~ is going to be jealous of you girl. And I am ¹going to make sure of it." assured Candy.

Both Pedi and I already knew what she was going to do. Candy's dream is to be a journalist one day and she's training towards that by joining the school paper. She's going to write an article about me to let everyone know I'm going to be an actress. And that was just music to my ears.

"Speaking of information," Candy began again, " You know Serwaa, right?"

"Yes" Pedi and I say in unison.

"The girl whose dating your ex Eric?" I ask.

"Right, well, I heard from Yaa who is in my art class who received a text from Ariel who is Jenelle's paddi paddi *, who is Serwaa's cousin that...~ she takes a dramatic pause that seems to last forever~.

Whenever she does this my eye pop out in anxiety and my ears suddenly feel empty just waiting for the words to spill but now I couldn't take it anymore

"THAT?!?"

"Eric... Wants... To get back together with me" she said in a rush.

"So are you going to take him back?" Ask Pedi

"Well I might play with his head a bit because I don't date my exes but, you see that table over there? ~ she points at a table nearby~ Serwaa is over there. I'm going to stir up some trouble and when you see that start recording it. And when you see we're about to fight come and break us."

We all agree to Candy's scheame.Pedi smirks and Candy goes to the table where Serwaa is sitting.
When she leaves Pedi and I start talking about the movie.

"So when are you going to start filming?" Ask pedi.

"I'm getting my script during midterms and actual filming starts in July."

"You're so lucky Afriye. I wish I already started to coach people"

"I know you will real soon"

We noticed Candy and Serwaa were on their feet and Serwaa looked like she was about to have a meltdown. I slowly started to record every single thing on my phone.

"Ashawobaa!*" cried Serwaa.

There was a series of ooos.

"Umm ~ inspecting her finger nails~ if I remember correctly he was my boyfriend first and you were trying to snacth him from me even before I dumped him which make you the ashawo for cherishing my rubbish" stated Candy

There was another series of ooos.

Just then, Candy slapped Serwaa.

"That's for wasting my time" said Candy.

Serwaa cupped the part of her face which Candy had slapped in her hand and looked like she was going to fact back when Pedi gently pushed her back telling her soothing words.

Candy and I high-fived when she came back. That was just so insane. I showed her the footage and she couldn't believe they were surrounded.

"This is surely going to be in the paper." Said Candy

She was on the paper just as much as she was in it. Candy wasn't going to get into trouble because the school management was too busy to read the paper and Pedi was surely going to persuade Serwaa not to report Candy. As Candy always says 'A real reporter always make the juciest news happen' and that was why Anas* was her role model.

Pedi's POV
Serwaa is actually a very insecure person she didn't even know what she wanted to be. Unlike my friends and who have our whole lives planned. Even though Serwaa knew I was Candy's best friend she confided in me. And slowly I realized that my clique was terrible and makes others feel inferior and it disgusted her.

*Bossu- Queen Bee, boss or supreme
*Charlie- Dude
*Paddi paddi- Bestie or close friend.
*Ashawobaa- Hoe
*Anas- He is the best journalist in Ghana (Do some research about him)
