The ease of the lockdown helped a lot. I can finally go out.

I resumed my I.T program.

I've come to learn a lot of things during the first six months of the year. I now understand myself better. I know my capabilities and my weakness which is a great deal for me.

All these while we've been at home, it made me realize that the world never stops revolving... literally.

As humans, we are adaptive, resilient, tolerant, innovative and hardworking. I'm proud of us because we have been left with no choice than to upgrade despite the global crisis.

Personally, I did hit rock bottom as a result of the pandemic. That's what it ought to do to the global community, but I refused to stay down. We don't have to remain the same old people, we don't have to remain scared or depressed.

I've bounced back a better person than before. Who'd have thought I'd come this far as a writer? Who'd have thought I'd be able to publish a book? When at this time last year, being an author were just fantasies. I can't believe how well read I am about something I love doing, even to be able to write my own poems.

Despite the global crisis, this year could be the most remarkable year of my life.
