The next day when we entered the school building, we saw a lot of hustle and bustle near the school's notice board.

"What's that? Notice of some celebrity coming to visit us and giving us autographs?" I asked, confused.

"Well, seems like it is about the sports tournament. I heard a guy screaming and shouting that we might lose this time. Let's see what it is.." Josh replied.

We pushed some students and got pushed by some students and finally, reached the notice board.

It said that there is a Basketball Tournament, tomorrow. Our school is the one organising it. All the students need to be there before 9 A.M as the game will start at 9:30 A.M.

And guess what, I don't even know a word about Basketball.

We all went to our respective classes. Josh, I and Catherine went to our Physics class which Chris went to his Sociology class.

The Physics teacher was going to start with Electrostatics.

That Ron was constantly staring at me all the time. It felt so embarrassing and humiliating. All I wanted to do was to go to him and tell him to look away, because I didn't like it.

When the class got over, we all got out of the classroom.

Josh was walking ahead of me. I was walking at a slower pace, while Catherine was still inside the class, packing her stuff.

That's when someone patted on my shoulder. I turned around to see who it was.

Ron!

"You?" I asked. Terror was flowing past my 12 year old, baby face.

"Yeah. Why? Can't it be me?" Ron asked, raising his eyebrows and smirking.

"I— Umm... N— nothing.." I didn't know what to say.

"So kiddo, seems like you lost a Burrito, yesterday. Huh?" Ron said.

I went all blank. My face turned pale and my hands went white and they froze. A shiver went down my spine. My eyes were burning hot. My forehead was on the verge of sweating.

"Uh— H— how do y— you know?" I was badly stammering.

But he didn't reply. Instead, be just winked at me and gave me a weird smirk and walked away.

He was just so mysterious!

Josh was standing at a distance, listening to the conversation. He came up to me and said, "You okay?"

I nodded in a yes.

"Chillax. He won't tell Mr. Jordan. He himself is the person behind millions and billions of wrong things." Josh said.

That's when Catherine came out of the classroom.

"What happened, peeps?" Catherine asked. "Why is the environment so heated up?"

"Global Ronning, you know!" Josh replied.

"Ronning? It is Warming!" I said confidently.

"Well for us, it's Ronning when referred to Ron. He does the exact same shit as Global Warming!" Catherine replied.

Catherine's POV:

I was tensed all throughout the classes, just that I didn't show it on my face. Why? Because then May, Josh and Chris would have bombarded me with millions and billions of questions.

All I wanted was to talk to Reece and tell him how much I missed him.

I wasn't left with enough energy to control my urges to talk to him.

I had my phone in my bag. I asked the teacher to excuse me. I rushed to the washroom and locked myself inside.

I turned on my phone and opened the messages.

Reece: So, Cath. Wanna meet?

Me: Yes.

Just ten seconds passed when Reece's status changed from 'active 32 minutes ago' to 'online'.

Reece: Great :)
            Tomorrow, then!

Me: Kk. See you then.

A tear fell off my eyes. But, I was also happy that I'll meet him after so long.

The thought of meeting him brought a smile on my face.

Reece: I can see you smiling ;)

It made me smile even more. But then I creeped out. Where was he that he's able to see me but I'm not? Then I realized that it was just an assumption he made.

Me: oh. Talented, huh? XD

Reece: Of course! Talented enough to.....

Me: To...?

Reece: Nothing.
            Will meet you tomorrow.
           Bye, Cathy.

Me: Bye, Reece.

God! He will be coming here, tomorrow. No, not specially to meet me.

Remember the Basketball Tournament?
Yes, the team our school is going against is the team from Suncoast High School. Reece is the captain of it's basketball team.

To tell more about Reece Clyde Parker, it'll take one sentence, "The body of a Greek God and the mind of an Egyptian God. His body, mind and soul, all three at their best".

I was excited to meet him. But at the same time, I was afraid. I mean, what will I say him?

I turned off my phone and returned back to the class, but as I was on my way back, the bell rang, indicating that the classes were dismissed.

The next class was of PE.

Some students went for Athletics, some for basketball, some for football, some for volleyball and some were just roaming around, minding their own business.

Chris and Josh were into Athletics while May was chatting with some teacher. She was clearing some doubts. I was just sitting on the bleachers, pre-imagining the basketball game and Reece playing and instructing his team.

I was day dreaming about Reece! Imagining him playing his best shot and people shouting his name.

It was automatically smiling, thinking about Reece.

It just felt as amazing as nothing! The best!

I just love it when it comes to Ron and May. Ron creeps the living hell out of May. Hehehehehe.

Oh, and... Global Ronning?! How was it. Hehehehehe. I can't just stop laughing.

And.... Catherine and Reece? What do you think Reece meant when he said, "Talented enough to...."?

Unlike May, I.. umm.. know quite much about Basketball.
We'll, I was in my school's basketball team for four years.
Not bragging... But, just a baby information about myself hehe :)
