Plot :

Changbin recently was dumped by his boyfriend of 3 years... apparently he had been cheating behind bin's back for a while and bin knew but he was in a denial until the day the guy just up and drop the reality bomb to bin and dumped him.

To say that bin was broken hearted was an understatement. Bin has given his all to the man and yet this was what he received back. 3 years wasted... He couldn't even tell his friends about it and just keeps on making excuses. Thank god for him tho that his boyfriend was not close to his friends and their acquaintances. 

It was months after his break up that he went out alone and went to a noraebang. Still trying to heal and get over his ex, mostly the aloneness he felt, he sang all of sad and break up songs he knew while crying his heart out.

Destressing with singing has always been his favourite thing to do as he could just yell in those high notes. His ex doesn't like it as he said it was noisy of him to do so and for 3 years of their relationship, Changbin never really able to sing his heart out like he does now in the noraebang. 

A part of him was really relief he was free of his ex. His relationship with him wasn't the best but he had loved the guy really. Another was still sad and depressed as it was quite sudden he wasn't prepared. But with his friends continuously smooching him with their presence when he told them a lie about his ex being very busy , they rebuild their friendship back and it is now as tight as ever. he definitely could not be let go of Felix and Jisung whenever he comes to their shared apartment for the gang's movie nights.

Anyway back on track, Changbin was currently now singing his all time favorite, Taylor Swift's Enchanted. He had always love the artist and her songs but now that he had experience a break up, her songs just hits different and it really struck him how painful a breakup could be especially if they didn't end in good terms for the person.

Changbin just keep on singing not realizing a someone had been watching him.

Bang Chan was out with his colleagues for a company dinner that went for a noraebang for a second round of entertainment. He was having fun himself until almost at the end of the night, he was about to go home when he passed by someone familiar.

It was Changbin.

He had known the younger thanks to his cousin, Felix, who was the younger's junior in college. From what he remember, Changbin was on his last year. and he had to admit, the younger is really cute but sadly he was taken... or so he thought now...

Chan was intrigued by the boy and stayed silent listening the boy singing his heart out. Chan could hear his frustration and his pain. Connecting the dots of why bin was out alone on a friday night and singing to break up songs full of emotion, he felt bad for the younger. 

'must have been a bad end if he is this upset' 

Chan decides to stay outside the room waiting for bin to finish so he could send the younger back as it had been really late now. it wasn't safe for him to walk home.

That incident actually make them grow closer to each other. Changbin was surprised to see Chan waiting outside the noraebang room saying that the older shouldn't have wait for him. Chan said it was no trouble and that he had mention that it must have been hard for the younger. hinting that he knew that changbin must have broken up with ex that he sang those songs. 

Bin couldn't hide it anymore and ended up crying and spilling on what had happened to chan , making the elder felt angry at his ex and protective of the younger. They had stopped by the convenience store and chan had brought him ice cream before sending him home. 

since then they would meet up once or twice a week and mybe more if the gang decides to invite chan in their usual hangouts and movie nights when he's free. 

Changbin slowly opened up to Chan and he felt easier now that he had told chan his story. his heart slowly healing with Chan's help. and boy he wasn't dumb. he knew chan has hots for him since felix introduced them last year. 

Fates has a really weird way to show bin that chan is perfect for him.

and there u know it, soon when bin really realized that he likes chan for chan and not because of him not move on on his ex, he confess and to chan and chan had told him that he would wait forever for bin.
