Hue had a cold chill run up her spine seconds after ace had set his eyes on her. Almost instantaneously moved towards her. Hue noted what seemed to be a sharp metal object in his hand. Another one of his sick tests.
She prepared herself for an attack which never came. Ace put the blade in his pocket and whispered into hues ear.

Ace: Where have you been? No worries this assignment it to valuable to mess around currently. Until then you are safe, my love.

Silf: What are you two mumbling about?

Ace: Oh it's nothing.

Gray: We should head out.

Ace: Grays absolutely right let's go.

Ace closed to door behind the cutting off the air levitating the books dropping them all to the ground.

Silf: Alright to the temple it is. Going on foot may be safer than a carriage at this point.

Gray: I agree with that.

They started to walk eventually making it into a forest. They were surrounded by lush green trees.

Ace: Wait, stop.

He held his arm out. And looked around.

Ace: Someone is here

A girl walked out of the trees. Something was strange. Small tree vines untangled her arms and legs. Her hair was long and dark. She looked directly at the group and a slight glimpse of terror shot three her.

Silf: She's scared?

Ace: She isn't omitting any hostility but we can't be certain.

Girl: You're.. your Alexander's friends right?you know the boy in this time period with the lost element.

Gray: Yes we are but how do you-

Girl: Do you know where he is right now it's really -

She grabbed her wrists and stumbled back. The girl couldn't have been much older than 18.

Hue: Wait how do we know we can trust her?

Ace: Wait, look at her wrists.

The girl was clenching her teeth almost as tightly as she was grabbing her arm. Gray noticed a rapidly growing light coming from between the girl's fingers, more exactly from her wrists. The light became murky as blood consumed it and dripped on the ground.

Gray: Are you alright?

Girl: Please just run, please.

Ace: Shit everyone moves now!

The girl raised her arm that was now covered in blood and shielded the group from something terrific. In a matter of seconds, the ground was ripped up and vanished. All except the area that the shield was. The girl fell into the large dome crater that steamed at the edges.

Slif a lot down the rocks and check of the girl. She had no slights of burns from the explosion anywhere.

Slif: Hey gray?

Gray: Ya I thought as much.

Hue: Shit.

Ace: This has gotten interesting quickly.

Gray: She's like Alexander.
