Alexander awoke in the infirmary. He was alone or so he thought. The lights were dim.

Alexander: I must have passed out.

Secretary: Oh good you're awake.

Alexander: Who's there?

Out of the shadows, they emerged.

Security: No one, oh and do me a favor tell Max I quit and that hell will rain down on his school very soon.

Alexander: What do you mean?

Security: Next time we meet call me 0009 I'll be the one to kill you.

Alexander: wait -

She was gone and the lights came back on. He sat there wondering what that was about. Max soon ran in.

Max: Good your up. I need to tell you something.

Alexander: You do?

Max: You needs to learn how to control your power quick. Theirs no time. Something bad is going to happen soon.

Alexander: Oh before I forget I need to tell you something too.

Max: What is it?

Alexander: Some lady said she quits and that war or something will rain out here soon.

Max: So the winds were right. War is happening soon. You need to get to my office immediately. We need to train.

Alexander: Ok?

Max leaves the room and Alexander fallow shortly after. They sat down exactly like on his first day and grabbed the dark crystal.

Max: I want you to use both hands. It's shouldn't break like the last one.

Max leaned against his desk and watched. Alexander took the gloves off one by one. He placed both his hands on the crystal.

Inside the crystal, a dark orb formed and small and quick like lightning bits of energy shot off in random directions. The dark orb opened up and a bright white ball of energy skimmed around.

There was no light from his wrists

Max: Ok now put the ball down.

Max examined his wrists.

Max: It looks like you can control it for the most part in the crystal. I might be rushing you but -

A tap on his window interrupted him. The wind opened the window letting in a large bat-like creature carrying a piece of paper.

The paper read 1,200 hours. That is appropriately 50 days time. The bat flew off and max whistled. His dove came and he attached the note to its leg and he gave it instructions to give it to Lidia.
