*Rose's POV *

I stood outside of the fae castle waiting for Keelan and Javier, our five year old son to return. Seven years have passed since the battle. And it is strange how things have changed over the last years. But some things remained the same.

I was bubbling over with news I wanted to tell Keelan. I couldn't wait to tell him, but he was still gone with Javier.

I was still lost in thought when I heard a giggle and when I looked up I saw Javier running towards me. A grin spread across my face as I saw my little boy rush over to me.

"Momma! Momma!" He screamed as he ran toward me and I immediately picked him up in my arms.

"What is it?" I asked with a smile.
"Daddy showed me how to shoot an arrow!" He exclaimed excitedly with a grin plastered on his face. He had my moss green eyes but Keelan's hair and the rest of his features.

A few moments I saw Keelan running towards us. He tickled Javier who was in my arms.

"Here you are." He said as Javier laughed loudly. He took him out of my arms before he leaned over and kissed me. Javier scrunched up his nose in disgust at our display.

We couldn't help but laugh at our boy's expression. And at that moment I knew it was the perfect time to share my news with Keelan.

I leaned forward towards Keelan before I whisper,"I'm pregnant."

Keelan looks at me with excitement.

"Seriously?" He asked.

I nodded my head and he kissed me once more. And as we stand there together I know that no matter what happens I'm loved and I have the most wonderful family in the world, a real wish come true.

And we lived happily ever after...
