I have a character for a thing me and a friend are doing (they're more "real life" so they don't have powers, abilities, etc.).
He flies a jet and though everything else about him is normal he has eyes that appear to be slightly bluish-purple (or violet).

But...
I just realized something....

I made him have a form of partial albinism (one that only effects the eyes so I think it's a type of Ocular Albinism, which would explain his eye color).
So he now has a new reason for wearing sunglasses all the time and getting new ones when those break...
His vision is impaired....
(I'd say he has actual glasses but dislikes wearing them unless he has to). Also he'd probably want to conceal his eye color..

But this poses a problem...

I looked up different types of ocular albinism and it all points to one thing: he'd have difficulty driving much less operating a plane or jet.....

I don't know what to do about this :(

Both the eye thing and flying jets are a part of who he is.... I just can't bring myself to change either thing... But it doesn't add up to have him with both....

What do I do? T^T

Does anyone have any suggestions? ;-;
