For some reason everytime I open Wattpad this shows up

My account is already verified and I did everything like turning off my wifi, logging out and reinstalling the app. The thing is I don't know how to contact the Wattpad team about this. I already posted it on my profile but I decided to make a 'chapter' about it so you can see the photo. Also I censored out my email for obvious reasons. If any of you can tell me how to contact them or this is just a normal feature since I'm using a phone, please do tell me.
