| chapter two |
' bored of being bored
because being bored is boring '
"I'M SO BORED." Complained Faye Evans as she plopped onto a dark leather couch, sinking into it and sighing in content as a cold feeling erupted in her from the material and the fact that the AC was on.
The brunette's favorite season was winter and that was because of how cold it is. She loves the cold and she loves snow, it's her favorite thing and that was why she moved to Alaska from the USA. It was less crowded here then it was in New York.
"I feel you, girl." Commented Jackson Raynes, her gay best friend. "Why don't we go to the club?" He asked as he sat next to the brunette, who groaned, shrugging her shoulders.
Jackson had been the brunettes best friend since they were young teenagers. They had grown close from the first day he moved to her school and they were still close. Jackson wanted to get away from the city and told Faye that they should move to Alaska because their was less people there and it was always cold.
"It's too boring there." She commented before sinking into the couch. "All those pesky humans are all dull." Jackson nodded in agreement. "They're so...ordinary."
"Then what should we do?" The brown haired male asked, stretching his arm over the back of the couch and leaning into Faye.
"Shopping?" She suggested, raising her brow slightly. Jutting out his lip, Jackson thought about it before nodding his head, a grin on face.
"Sure. Then we can binge watch the Vampire Diaries." Faye let out a laugh but nodded her head and the two went to their own rooms, changing into outing clothes. Stripping, the brunette took a quick body shower, scrubbing her skin clean before she began to dry herself, wrapping a light pink towel around her curvy body.
Going to her cupboard, Faye picked the first things she saw, not really bothered by her outfit. Slipping on her dark coloured undergarments, she wore an oversized grey sweaters that she half tucked into her black skinny jeans. She paired the outfit with a pair of black ankle high boots and wore some simple accessories: a chocker, silver earrings and a shoulder bag. She placed her sunglasses on her head and combed her hair with her fingers.
"Ready?" Asked Jackson as he entered the room, grinning when he saw her best friend. "Simple but sexy." He winked, getting a giggle in return. Walking forward, he grabbed her sweater and pushed it to the side so her shoulder was bare before folding her sleeves up.
"Thank you." Faye kissed his cheek and the two went downstairs, jumping into one of their shared bright, light blue Ferrari California t. Pressing his foot on the gas pedal, Jackson and Faye zoomed down the street, not caring that they missed so many red lights, their bank accounts could pay for those tickets.
Being models meant that they had lots of money, which helped a lot when they had tickets and had to pay bills. As you can see, the two didn't care about the law nor did they care about the police. They weren't going to stay young forever and as their motto, which was totally cliche, is YOLO.
"You only live once, am I right?" The two smirked, screaming as they raised their hands in the air, their hair being carried by the wind.
"Right you are, Faye!"
