Page 1; Love the start. But the thoughts can be italicized and prepped up a little better. No period is needed after your other punctuations(!, ?, .  , etc)

Before;

-Emma!- scream the nanny. - Where will this girl have gotten?-Said while looking. -Leo!, have you seen your sister?.

-Yes, he's in his room playing with Mateo.

After;

"Emma!" Screamed the nanny. Where could this girl have gone? He asked himself, while looking. 

"Leo! Have you seen your sister?"

"Yes, she's in her room playing with Mateo." Leo replied. 

Not sure rn, if Leo's sister is trans, but a sister is a girl, so she/her not he/his, unless they are trans, and well, ok then.. I'll find out later in the story. So far it seems like she is a girl, and thus being referenced as a girl by the nanny-whom I presume is a male. 

That's horrible. Didn't even have time to come to their daughters birthday. What awful parents. Keep going. 

Well yes, of course they were inseparable. She need a friend, and her parents weren't even there for her. Work ain't that important that you have to ignore your poor child. 

Damn right men are more loyal than women. Women are catty.. Well girls are anyway. Trust me, I know. I deal with them everyday.

The only thing that is confusing is the way the sentences are organized. It could also be that my translate is mixing it up.

I presume the bold means that its in Emma's POV.

Love the use of emojis. Not everyday you see that.

Carmine color. Hmm. I'll have to check that out. Never seen it before. Suspicious alien colored activity.

Then again, I've only worn lipstick once and it looked like I ate someone, with red smears all over my mouth.
