Synopsis:

Co-creating our lives with Christ is a change of perception, and an inclusion of Him in our thoughts and desires. This is the true story of my healing journey, dealing with depression, anxiety, toxic shame and guilt. I am a survivor of the trials or hardships of life, thriving in many ways because of these challenges. I don't always feel that way - especially when I've slipped back into guilt and shame. Yet, I know I am improving and thriving, because the things I have been taught through my trials come back to me as I face the ever present new challenges. I am never alone and no one ever need be. Jesus Christ is always waiting for us to reach out to Him and He reaches right back. He loves each and every one of us more than we can comprehend.
