I wanted Chiaki to be the leader of the 13th branch god damn it... I hope she survived.. She would have to be in a wheelchair due to the wounds that were inflicted on her legs though.. And her back got fucked. I want to see her just wheel in with a monokuma hair hair clip like her regular one and wearing a monokuma outfit and instead of doing this for her own enjoyment, she does it to force Ryota to suffer due to it being his fault the whole class was put into Despair. She does it because she wants to see what made Junko like despair. But she realizes she hates it.
She brings Chisa down, for pushing her into the elevator.
She made Juzo get killed, for not being able to fight back.
She forces Ryota to suffer what she felt, but forcing him to kill or maybe even be a sacrifice to start full hope like how she was a sacrifice to start full despair.
And she could be in a disguise?
Or she could look different. And go by a different name.
I like this idea. Mostly because I don't want someone I don't know to be behind the whole thing.
Nor do I really want a new character to be behind it. Tho I do think Ruruka's death points towards Seiko being the attacker. And we haven't seen the bodies at all so they might've had someone fake a death.
I don't like the thought of Chisa being the mastermind. I hate her.

Bandai and Gozu are both not a likely choice in my opinion.
