HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY!

I'm going on vacation, and unfortunately, I can't take my dog.

So I had to say goodbye.

and I cried.

I fucking CRIED.

Why the fuck am I crying?! It's only 4 days!  F-O-U-R.  I shouldn't be crying, but I am.  I'm going to miss my dog so much ugh.

I spend almost every second of every day with my dog, and now I'm not going to be spending any time with her.  Sigh.

I ALREADY MISS HER AND IT'S BEEN 30 MINUTES FML.

*7 hours later*

I still miss my dog, Callie.  I brought one of her 'danas with me.  She wears a bandana instead of a collar or whatever.  It's one she had been wearing for a week or so, so it smells like her (but the scent isn't too too strong).

I made it into a bracelet, even tho its wrinkly af from being tied around her neck.  My mom and I argued as soon as we arrived at the condo, and I was upset.  I wanted to just talk to and hug my dog, but she's not here.
But the bandana is... and her scent makes me feel better.

I know my scent makes her feel better, too.  It's only natural that your dog is happier around your scent more than any other.  I swear we got a major vibe bond going on istg.
