Also there's the whole thing about how Ruby refuses to tell Sapphire that he remembers their confessions, so there could be a matter of trust. Then again, Sapphire won't specify to him what she's talking about, so I don't know. They're kinda going back and forth with shyness.

Luckily, if you actually read the chapter that picture is from, you will puke explosive rainbows that explode spilling more explosive rainbows, candy and sugar because you were fangirling/fanboying so hard.
