WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
4 parts Powdered Sandlewood
1 part Powdered Cinnamon

WHAT TO DO:

Fill a small bowl or cup with both powders. Mix them well together and make sure there are no clumps.

Walk out of your doorway, bowl of powder in hand, and to the nearest sidewalk. If you're in an apartment or condo, go out of the building to the side walk.

When you think you've walked far enough, turn back around and sprinkle the powder behind you. Once you get back to your house stop.

Forget about this ritual and go about your life as you normally would. Over the next several days you'll be pleasently surprised.
