WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Candle (any color will do)
Lighter that works

Sit quietly, holding a question/intent in your mind, and gaze at the flame.

Allow the flickering of the flame to lull you into a light trance, while chanting:

"Ignis flammae lucis
Nunc autem ad me secundum aspectum
Et benedicat mihi vide"

You may begin to see images in your mind or in the fire. These may seem insignificant or faint, but stick with it. Practice will increase ability to see what you seek.
