WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

A Small Apple Twig
A Few Strands of Your Hair (not two strangs, but not a chunk either)
Voice
Belief

WHAT YOU DO:

Wrap your hair around the twig, make sure any hair won't fall out.
While you wrap the hair around it say:

"Quisquis est, qui vexes me,
Potest vex themseves virtute tres
Sicut ego volo eos, et non malum, ego ligare eorum, potentia,
Ut salutem a neutra arbor"

Then place the twig in the branches of a tree and leave it there.
