"Alright I have to keep watch on you now that Octavian finds you useful." I stated without emotion.

That was usually how I spoke, void of all emotion, and my face looked the same way. I have secrets just like everyone else but I tend to keep more to myself than should be nessesary. I grew up alone after my mom left me and my dad. When I turned four my dad became drunk alot, he would hit me and when I cried he would lock me in the basement for 'punishment'. When I turned nine I decided enough was enough, I ran away and never went back. I was determined to erase that part of me forever.

"What!? No way I'm not having some weak little girl babysitting me!" He yelled.

Within a few seconds I had nico pinned up against a tree with my knife at his throat.

"You will listen to me and you'll listen good, your not the one in charge here its me and I'm not going to let Octavian take over your camp and kill countless demigods and mortals. He will kidnap you to get whatever he wants from you and then kill everyone that gets in his way so here's the plan." I growled and started to tell him my plan.

"Here's the plan di' Angelo, you found me being attacked by a gryphon and found out that I'm a demigod, you took me to camp and then from there we become 'friends'." I said. "But don't worry, it's only till I take down Octavian."

"How long will it take for us to kill him?" Nico asked after I let him go.

"A: who said we were gonna kill him and

B: why would I let you come this is my mess let me clean it up." I said.

"Well I just assumed you would let me go, technically this is also my mess, I was the one that shot him out of the cannon last year." he said.

"We have to go to my house so I can pick up some things so we can get the plan to work."

When we got to my house I open the door that led to the living room, Nico looked around while I went back to my room to pack my things. All I packed was the simple things that I needed like clothes and toiletries. I also packed my daggers and other weapons. I put it all into one small backpack, and we were on our way to camp to make our little act believable.

Sorry the chapter so short guys it deleted itself 4 times so I got really frustrated and decided to quit for a while because I'm like that and I'm lazy so sorry for the late updates and I'll try to update again soon thanks guys also make the chapter longer next time
