I went on Instagram a couple days ago. My feed was blown up with pride month stuff. Is it just me or has it grown in popularity over the last couple years? 

Anyway, I was inspired/motivated by the fact I've been thinking about doing my final speech for this year's rhetoric course on this subject to write this...rather lengthy blog post.
