Panic attacks

I sometimes have panic attacks and usually to stop it I sit down, close my eyes and focus on my breathing exercises. I breath in from the nose, hold for 3 seconds, then breath out from the mouth for 10 seconds. I repeat a few times and then it usually goes away. This works for me but it doesn't mean it'll work for everyone. I just wanted to put this out so that maybe someone else would try it and help them out. Stay strong everyone <3
