This book is absolutely darling.

The unique world building is phenomenal, but it is also so interesting because some rules of the fae in this story do follow traditional folklore. I personally find that there is so much excitement in reading about something new, but there is also a lot of comfort in reading something familiar.

The style of writing is everything. There are hints of both ethereal and surreal elements. The author has an attractive and addictive way of writing, that is for sure.

The aesthetic of the book is beautiful, too. The numerous details, including the smaller ones, were so creative. They were so on point to the story itself—the character portraits, the chapter titles, the author notes, the extra designs, et cetera. The author truly went above and beyond.

This book is an unforgettable experience.
