Hi!

So, The First She was recommended to me by Arthea_Ash! And, I'm in love with it. I'm really enjoying alien books right now, and I actually have been for quite a while after I read a certain book that I will be posting on here soon! Hopefully, anyway. But, I have a hard time finding ones that I like. I can only think of probably three at the top of my head as I write this. That means that I was really happy to see this recommendation, because it was exactly what I was looking for!

Okay! Back to the story!

The First She is so interesting and unique from what I've read before! It starts with a language barrier that I have a love-hate relationship with, because let's face it, they're not as annoying as we make them out to be. At least I know that I think that way! It has a whole new world that the main character is literally teleported in, with new foods, plants, animals, and people! Everything is just so different, yet there are pieces of this alien world that are kind of the same as life on Earth. I love it. Everything about it. I just love it.

I pretty much like everything about this book. You know, the plot, the characters, the writing style, and etcetera! But, oh my, is it ever hilarious. You will not understand what I mean until you read it yourself. The entire beginning, when Vrox thinks that Kira is a boy, is so funny, and then even it continues afterwards because of the differences from where they're both from. It was just a really fun book to read.

And, Vrox's siblings kill me.
