Species: Timewing (basically, mutated genes of Nightwing and Sandwing)

Powers/Abilities: Aminus Magic. The ability to tell time whenever.

Job/Role: Pretty much just the corrupt villain lol

Backstory: His parents (Drought and EclipseBreaker) were some sort of outlaws, traveling into Arckic to try to find a better life. They were fairly in love, soon having Chronos.
His appearance was rather concerning, not looking much like a Sandwing OR a Nightwing. Because of that, his father wasn't as fond of him as his mother.
No matter, they loved him and cared for him, Chronos living happily for the most part.
He was a curious dragonet for most of his life, exploring the very large island he was born at with awe. Eventually, a group of sailor dragons (Shallowings), discovered the island, and Chronos himself.
The captain was a Shallowing named Cowrie, who didn't have wings. When she and her crew realized Chronos had aminus magic, and the ability to tell time, they had decided to take advantage of that. (My babi was not aware of that)
Chronos had created different capsules of time for them, which were called hourglasses in his sense. They sold the hourglasses to their tribe, getting quite rich in the process. Cowrie even actually got quite fond of Chronos, enjoying seeing him day to day. She even had developed romantic feelings for him somehow, seeing how sweet and curious he was.
Though, overtime, Chronos had grown more and more bitter because he used his magic so much (his appearance also changing), soon learning that Cowrie's crew had been using him for his magic.
His anger got so intense, he murdered a couple of them in cold blood (ew, edge), the rest escaping highly ingured (along with Cowrie).
And thus, the legend of Chronos was born

Other: The sand on his back could be stylized into flowy horse-like hair (to make drawing a bit easier). Whenever an hourglass he made broke, the sand inside it would magically come to him, adorning him in the stuff.
