Meet Yukine Honda! She is the older sister of Kazuto and Hinata and she is definitely one of the more serious members of the family! Yukine tends to go towards more hardcore careers such as being a lawyer or CEO of a large company in my stories. While she is serious and responsible, she definitely has a lighter side to her and loves her brothers with all her heart. She is definitely someone that keeps the family together! Yukine pushes her brothers to go and explore the world and find love, something that she wishes to do herself. She definitely is a motherly figure to those who come her way and she is one of the greatest friends you can ask for!

Meet the lovely Kazuto Honda! Kazuto is the middle child in the Honda family and he has a heart of pure gold! Kazuto's career ambitions rest mostly within the arts. He is passionate about writing and can create bewitching worlds in less than a heartbeat. However, the world doesn't need writers and he hasn't gotten his big break of a book yet. He works as many jobs as he needs to in order to provide for his family. He is rather quiet and is considered a "shrinking violet", meaning he would rather blend in with the scenery than be in the spotlight. He is humble and modest, his fatherly instincts kicking in whenever they can. He is a complete sweetheart that will do anything for the people he loves. However, Kazuto is definitely a timid person, never really speaking up for himself and he definitely has a generalized anxiety disorder. He was also diagnosed with depression when his wife Erin passed away, leaving him and his two children Kiku and Madeline behind. Every day is a struggle for him, but when he is around those he cares about the most, he is reminded just how sweet life is.

Meet Hinata Honda! Hinata is the youngest of the Honda household, but he is also the funniest! Every day, Hinata can tell on average up to fifteen jokes. He knows his friends like he knows his own mind and will do anything to see a smile plastered on their face. He is currently in college, trying his best to become an anesthesiologist. Being the youngest child of the Honda family, Hinata was his parents' last hope of at least one of their children going into the medical field. He continues to impress them as he rises to the top of his class. Hinata is also known as the "fun uncle" to his niece and nephew. He always has a new game for them to play and is the best babysitter when compared to Yukine. He really is a sweetheart just like his siblings, but do remember, "The prettiest smiles hide the deepest secrets."

Meet Erin Forester Honda, the gorgeous wife of Kazuto and a journalist! Erin was Kazuto's childhood friend that met him when he first came to America at age 5. The two had gotten along well and grew closer as the years passed. Acquaintances turned into friendships and friendships turned into a blooming relationship. Kazuto does not regret a single moment he spent with Erin. He loved her unconditionally. Both were overjoyed to become parents and were even more blissful when they were told they were having twins. After the twins were born, Erin fell ill and passed away, leaving her family behind. Kazuto will always remember her soft smile and optimistic outlook on life. She was a wonderful partner and an amazing friend to those she was close with.

Meet Kiku Honda! Between him and his twin sister Madeline, Kiku is definitely the most outgoing of the two, taking after his mother in that aspect! He has a habit of being too loud, but his father has been helping him to know the difference between an "inside voice" and an "outside voice". He is always looking out for his younger sister and will always be there for her no matter what. He constantly asks questions about his mother and Kazuto happily tells him stories of the adventures they had. He hopes to see his mother again soon and he can't wait to see his father truly happy again.

Meet Madeline Honda! She is just like her father: a "shrinking violet".  She absolutely hates meeting new people and hates going to new places. It's not that she has something against them, but the fact that she is horrified of new things. She is always seen hiding behind her father or holding her brother Kiku's hand. Madeline is so quiet that some people forget that they're in the same room as her. Madeline enjoys reading and drawing, not really interested in what's on TV like her brother. She is most definitely a daddy's girl and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Meet Dustin Evans! Dustin was Kazuto's best male friend since he was in 3rd grade! Dustin is the life of the party! He's the one that used to push Kazuto to go to parties with him in high school. While Dustin was a very reckless teenager, he has definitely matured and taken life seriously. However, that doesn't mean he lost his humorous touch! While Dustin was always Kazuto's best friend, he also got along with Hinata and even had a crush on Yukine at some point! He was definitely the sunshine in a dark room that can always make you smile! Dustin is also quite a flirt, his pickup lines being both cheesy and pretty good! He's dated many girls before, but he isn't quite sure if he'll ever find the girl right for him! He loves the Honda family with all his heart and will always be known as "the guy who raided our fridge for nine years" to Kazuto's parents!
