My "BFF" of that time:  Blows kisses at the boy sitting next to me

Me:  *whispers* stop it.

BFF:  *giggles*

The Boy:  *makes a face*

Me:  *extremely uncomfortable*

*later at recess*

Boy:  Hey, Maddie!

Me:  *also has crush on him but wasn't as forward as my best friend— kiss-y kiss-y is just not my style*

Me again:  Yes?

Boy:  Wanna chase me?

BFF:  YEAH!

Me:  okay

Boy: *runs*

BFF:  *runs*

Me:  *runs*

Me five minutes later:  *sits down*

BFF:  Come on!

Me:  *gasps* NO

Boy:  Hey, don't you wanna chase me?

Me:  Y'all go on!

Boy:  *runs*

BFF:  Come.  On!

Me:  I can't!

BFF:  Why not?

Me:  I've got a stitch in my side!!!!!!!
