Netherside
Genre: Fantasy
Summary: The world is in chaos. Demons have appeared, causing war to break out. Three sides emerge among the countries of Tethys: those that favor the rule of demons, Aura and Eros; those that despise the demons, Syrin and Samaria; and those that just want to remain out of the conflict, Ambrosia and Quell.
Caught in the middle is Seth Phantom, an Auran who was forced to flee from the capital city Polis or face execution, simply because he disapproves of the war and doesn't believe the demons have any true interest in helping humans.
After being chased from the city, Seth meets the demon Kios who agrees to help him in exchange for his companionship. Two months pass with Seth and Kios living in the Auran Forest, but a Syrinian soldiers who have come to Aura in search of someone throw everything back into chaos. Separated from Kios and caught by his enemies, Seth must not only survive the hatred of two enemy countries but also that of his own.
+Cover
I would recommend you to change it. It doesn't have much of the pull that is required to bring in the audience and to be honest it is sloppily made.
The 'demon' (that is what I am guessing) behind looks more like an action girl that a demon. So you have to change it.

+Title
I like the title. It's simple and gives us a glimpse of what we should probably expect from the book. Demons or he and things like that and you believe on that. So I see no problems with the title.

+ Summary
It provides valuable insight to the story and information which I haven't found in the story itself. I have to wonder, will the information show up in the story too or is it only in the summary? I would advise against that since many of the readers don't read the summary completely or properly and will get lost. You better give basic information in the story too.

+ Characters:
Your MC is an interesting specimen. He is relatable and that is the most important thing. The struggle he faces with trying to save the man's life and to accept the fact that the Demon may be right is written very realistically.
I like Kios. Though she is a demon who doesn't have remorse I like the way you portray her. She makes the story even more interesting
The new character who is introduced seems a bit stuck up but then we haven't been told much about her except the fact that she is searching for someone. Not to mention they are people of different places and don't seem to have a good relation between them because of their different stances towards Demons.
All in all, it's a unique cast and I can't wait to see more of them!

+Plot
Fantasy plots are always marvelous since all the authors create a world of their own. It's very rare that any two fantasy books are same unlike Teen Fiction or Romance. So, even this is a unique plot. A different take on the usual Demon and human stories. There doesn't seem to be a romantic relationship between Kios and your main character which is a plus from my side.

+ Chapters:
Length: They are short which a big plus from my side is since it makes it easier to read for me. So I read all your chapters.
Grammar, Punctuation, Sentence Structure: I didn't find anything wrong with it. It all seems nearly perfect so nothing to worry about here.
General: The story was refreshing to read. You didn't dump an overload of information and anyone who read the summary would easily get a basic idea of the story. You didn't introduce a slew of characters together so I didn't get confused.
The chapters flowed smoothly and the pace was just perfect so I could comfortably read it without getting confused. The only thing I would advise you to do is slowly start including more information about the different lands that you put in your summary into your story so the readers don't get confused.
Other than that, everything else is fantastic.
+Conclusion
This story is a great read for fantasy lovers who like to read about kingdoms and demons. I would recommend it :)
