This is a page for contests that I enter that disappear off Wattpad entirely due to their creators disappearing, the host communities disbanding, the creators calling off their own contests, etc. 

I am also going to use the six-month cutoff used by katiegoesmew: if the contest has done absolutely nothing for six months, it probably isn't a thing anymore.

Contests that will not be on this list:

Those that were unpublished after conclusion. I see that as retirement, not death. 

Those that disappeared along with their host(s) after conclusion. They're history. I am only going to list contests that were abandoned or unpublished before judging was concluded, or before judging even started.

This is a new category I just created for contests which have been abandoned in the middle of judging and loose ends dangle in full view, but the communities or hosts of those contests are active on Wattpad.

1. The Dazzling Awards/#TDASE2024

(because AprilJester told me that the host only published the contest results for this contest under pressure and badgering,  for some judged categories - the contest was never closed or abandoned officially. Participants like me were left hanging. Meanwhile, the host is publishing her own work and is otherwise active on Wattpad).

COMMUNITIES THAT HAVE BLOCKED ME

(isn't that adorable) Obviously, I won't be entering the contests of communities that have blocked me, so I won't have much to say about those contests, aside from the one contest I tried to enter and had I not attempted my contest payment to The Rainbow Community, I never would have known. I have been told that the person who was judging HATS in the 2024 Pride Awards was very close to someone we'll call T. who was very close to a person named R. who is utterly obsessed with keeping Wattpad child-friendly, claiming that her therian wolf-form makes her a protector of children (or something along those lines), and at the time of that contest, R. was going around saying that I was suspiciously close to this mythical Wattpad entity everyone whispers about called Hannah/Viper, and I must therefore be an accomplice to child sexual abuse or at least be an enabler of it. And that's why I got blocked by that community. 

Is your head spinning?  Mine sure is. That's a lot of information to process all at once. All of it is nonsensical, too, which only makes matters worse.
