I suck in singing (but peeps say its good which I know that but I say its horrible cus I voice crack sometimes)

I was singing the first verse and chorus of American Girls by One OK Rock.

I got bored of playing my violin and Neko Atsume and my mom wasn't in my room so I sang for a bit

After singing the chorus, I was gonna sing the second verse until my mom barged in with a smile

Me: *mouth open in shock* 'aw sheh! BUSTED!!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!' *looks at my mom* *shuts my mouth*

Mom: continue singing~ I'm just outside the room the whole time listening

Me: TTWTT 'why can't we get a sound proof room' TTWTT *shakes my head like a lil kid* eeeeeehhh.....

Mom: go on so that you can develop your voice and singing~ *smiles cheerfully*

Me: *embarrassed* *shakes head again* 'nuuuuuuuuuuu' *says like a 5 year old in my mind*

Mom: ok~ *leaves the room* *expected me to sing*

Me: *stayed silent*

Mom: ok I'll leave *leaves*

Me: ............ I ain't singing. I know your mom tricks! *hugs a pillow to shield myself*
