This is Chase (he's named after my irl friend Kazutouzamaki [<- Chase]) aka Oni Child aka Time Keeper

He has 3 pocket watches which can tell the time of any time zone of any part of any dimension and he makes sure time is flowing properly. Important job.

Oh and he's a one horned Oni.
