I drew this using a new app suggested to me by a friend (thanks _Zebee_ ). It's called Ibis PaintX, and it's amazing. There's a blur tool, a smudge tool, stabilizer tool, even symmetry. I don't think I'll be going back to Picsart any time soon lol.

I just drew a quick drawing of Phantom with some armor just to get a feel for it. I think I like this app :3
