Once upon a modern evening twinkling with city lights, David, decided to venture into the heart of the bustling city he lived by. He was currently on his way to a location you told him that you'd want to meet up but was enjoying the sights along the way. As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky with hues of purple and gold, the city transformed, revealing its vibrant night life. David, was a sight to behold as people he passed by would stop and look at him. He was a bit shy at the attention he was getting, yet even when he concealed his divine features with a glamour to blend in with the mortals, he always seemed to get people's attention.

With broad, muscular shoulders, a stature that towered over most, and an aura of majesty that he could never truly hide, David navigated the neon-lit streets with a sense of curiosity. His celestial eyes sparkled with the reflections of the city as he sought out a place to immerse himself in the human experience.

The establishment he settled upon was a bar known as "The Cosmic Crossroads," a place rumored to be a melting pot of the extraordinary and the conventional, where beings from various walks of life gathered. Its facade was unassuming, but David could sense the energy pulsating from within, a siren call to his adventurous spirit. 'So this is the place, they really know know how to pick a place...' He thought to himself with a small chuckle leaving him as he stared at the building a bit longer.

He'd soon pushed open the door, and the sound of lively music greeted him, a blend of electric guitars and the resonant beats of drums filling the space. The patrons were a diverse crowd, some undoubtedly more than human, others blissfully unaware of the magic in their midst. David moved through the throng with an elegance that belied his size, his presence turning heads as whispers of his otherworldly grace spread through the room.

He approached the bar, the polished wood gleaming under the ambient lighting, and took a seat on a stool that seemed to have been waiting just for him. The bartender, a sharp-eyed woman with a knowing smile, sauntered over.

"What'll it be, stranger?" she asked, her voice a melodious hum that seemed to harmonize with the background music.

"Ambrosia Ale." David replied with a hint of a smile. It was a beverage rumored to be as close to the nectar of the gods as one could find on Earth, and a fitting choice for someone of his heritage.

The bartender raised an eyebrow but said nothing as she turned to prepare his drink. David's gaze wandered over the patrons, taking in the myriad stories unfolding around him. There were lovers sharing secretive smiles, old friends laughing over shared memories, and solo adventurers like himself, seeking companionship or solitude within the crowd.

As David sipped the golden liquid that danced on his tongue with a flavor of divinity, he felt the warmth of connection to these mortals. He understood their joys and sorrows, their search for meaning in the chaos of existence. For all his celestial might, David found a sense of kinship among them.

Throughout the night, David engaged in conversations that ranged from the mundane to the metaphysical, his wisdom and empathy drawing others to him as moths to a flame. Despite his efforts to remain inconspicuous, there was a magnetism to him that could not be denied. He did this all to pass the time and waited for you to arrive as you'd eventually do and notice him sitting at the bar. You made your way over and sat next to him giving him a slight shoulder bump to have him acknowledge your presence."Well hello there, I thought you ended up bailing on me but I'm glad I glad I was wrong." He said with a small smile. You....
