A man in his late 20s went to broker's office to find a place to rent as he was new to Mumbai and he recently shifted here for his Job.

M- Please show me some good places for rent and it should be suitable for my budget.

The broker looked at him.

B- But your budget is very low. We don't have many places for that.

S- I can only afford that much.

The broker nodded his head and forwarded a file to him.

B- This file has all the details and photos of the houses in the budget you want. Just take a look and choose then I'll show you the place.

The man nodded his head. He started seeing the photos of the houses and flats but all were shaggy, small and dirty houses. At last, he came across a mansion, which was looking old but was beautiful.

The man showed it to the broker.

M- Are you sure that this mansion is in the right file? I mean how can a mansion be of such low price?

B- It's in the right file but nobody rents or buys it so we've kept the prices very low and it's a prohibited property as it doesn't have an owner.

The man looked at the mansion photos for a while.

M- But why?

B- I don't know. They say there's a ghost.

The man burst into laughter.

M- Seriously, ghosts? I want to rent this mansion.

B- Okay. I'll prepare the papers.

Next day, the man opened the gates of the mansion and smiled proudly. Now this was his mansion.

He entered the mansion. It looked clean like someone was actually living here.

As soon as he stepped inside, the doors of the mansion closed by itself and the man got startled.

Suddenly the lights started flickering and the lights went off. When the light came back, the man turned to look at the mirror on his right and he was shocked to see blood hand print on the mirror.

He was horror-struck.
