Oh! Before I begin, I should probably introduce myself! I'm NinjaGo_KJLCZ, but you can just call me Sky! You can also just call me Ninja or Author if you would like. ^^

A little bit about me: I love helping people, and I'm always at your service~!

Anyways, I have a list of rules here... They're not too bad though! I'm not gonna be THAT strict...

1. Maximum of 2 requests per user (I'm sorry!)

2. Forms that are not specific enough may not be accepted until revised

3. Remember to credit me!!

4. Have faith in me, and know I have your back! ^^

5. The only payment I need is a virtual hug!! °˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖°

And that concludes my rules! Not too bad, right? Now, this here is the most important thing if you want a request. HOPE. Just kidding! First, you need to follow these instructions before anything. The form will be provided after.

Instructions:

~ Greet me briefly, it really helps. ^^

~ Wait a week or so for your design to be ready

~ Save the design* and remember to credit me

*Desktop: Save to your downloads and upload as a file.

*Mobile: Screenshot the cover, crop out the extras from the Wattpad display, and upload from camera roll.
