So to request a book cover and get it, you only need to fill out a few simple things:

title of story:

author:

a brief sentence or phrase on the cover *optional:

anything you want me to include or ideas you have:

brief description of story:

Simply write it in the comments on this chapter or you can also pm me.

For me to actually make it all you have to do is give me credit for the cover on your description page, dedicate a chapter to me, and leave a nice comment/vote for at least one chapter of either of my three stories: Netflix Fever, For Your Eyes Only, or Figment of the Mind.

I will post the cover on here and give you the dedication for the chapter and people can find it here too so it is a win win :)

I will post a few different versions of the cover and you can just choose whichever you like and leave a comment stating whether you want me to change/add anything. I'd really want you to like it
